This ski-in-ski-out hotel is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The on-site onsen (spa) is wonderful after a day of skiing. The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is superb and the selection has something for everyone. The dinner buffet is also exceptional, with sushi, crab, cooked dishes and a few desserts. Love this place! Also...

Stayed 4 nights in this resort last December for our first skiing trip. The facilities is really good for a ski trip and I especially love using the onsen after the ski. Negative poinst about the hotel is that it has limited dining choices nearby and very expensive (maybe it's because of the holiday season).

The facilities and service were MATCHLESS. The toilet attached to our hotel room was like a capsule, with its temperature regulated and so during winter, the tiles are actually heated and comfortable to step barefooted. Please please please visit Green Leaf :) Just writing this review makes me want to return there and ski again :) The entire experience was...

It's an old hotel but well maintained. Bed is nice and comfy. The breakfast spread was also quite good. The best thing about this hotel is the convenience of having the Niseko village slopes right outside the hotel. Hirafu slopes are too crowded, more tourists in that area. The Japanese snowboard instructor we got was so nice and patient. His...

We would definitely return to the Green Leaf. We had a corner room which was bigger than most of the rooms and had a separate living area with a lovely view of the ski slopes and Mori-no chairlift. It comfortably fit the 10 members of our group for cards! All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It is genuinely...

Green Leaf is located in Niseko village, a self contained small enclave in niseko. Staff are great. I had a ski accident and hurt my knee. They were very attentive to my needs, caring and very helpful. I liked the fact that there are many Malaysian staff who spoke good English. It is very convenient for skiers as there is...

Firstly, the skiing in Niseko is spectacular. The snow is abundant and fluffy, amazing. My references to prices are in Australian dollars so check your exchange rate as a guide. It was about 1000 Yen to .80 cents AU. A few observations: Japanese people are the most kind, polite and helpful people I have ever met. According to staff at...

I'm happy with my four days three nights stay. Staff were helpful and friendly, they could speak fluent English, some could speak Chinese. Bed room were very cozy, the breakfast was included and was nice. Buffet dinner was not included, we had to pay extra and the food was good. However I wasn't too happy with the lunch, just taste...

We stayed here for 3 nights. Ski in/out is nice with lockers for room guests to store all ski gear. Rental area is quiet small (as well as the hotel lobby) so it's always very crowd and little area for putting your gears on. And the rental staff not so friendly though. Ski area is quiet nice and slopes for...

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to improve on our services and facilities. When there are strong winds, the Gondolas will be closed due to safety reasons. When this happens, only certain chair lifts will be operational on the lower slopes. This only happens once in awhile due to...

I stayed at the Green Leaf hotel Dec 23-28, 2015. Overall it was a positive experience. The location is excellent with ski in ski out in Niseko village and the ski rentals are right there. Food was also reasonable with a good buffet breakfast and dinner. The rooms were small but not dissimilar to other properties in Niseko and we...

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We have taken note on your comments and will work to improve them. As it was the busiest time of the year, it was unfortunate that your room cleaning was delayed. I believe it happened once during your stay and the hotel made sure it was not repeated.
