We stayed here for one night in early August. The room (with a balcony overlooking the pool) was very nice and large, as was the bathroom (although there was not enough hot water). The air conditioning was very good. We had no issues with the cleanliness of the room. The staff were very friendly, and the concierge/reception people spoke English....

Overall, this is an average hotel. Certainly not a four star as it's ranked. The Good: the hotel itself is cute and set back out of Krabi Town, which made it quieter. The room was also cute in its decor choices. Could be improved: reception wanted you to pass through their care as quickly as possibly. Not really welcoming, but...

The hotel is requiring urgent attention as on two occasions we stayed there ten days apart, there were rats at night in two different rooms, once you might think was unlucky, but twice, it really points out a big problem. Don't leave any food in the rooms such as biscuits as the rustling in the middle of the night means...

The service is top. The pool is small, but anyway it's clean and good. The rooms are smart and clean! The breakfast is very good, with a lot of choices. Especially the eggs are good. The wifi is very good. You can use it both in the lobby, pool, restaurant and one the pool. If you wanna see the city...

After weeks of hostels and the full moon party, it was a really nice place to relax. The lobby is very inviting, and the staff was helpful. The room was spacious, cozy, and pretty nice. Didn't use the pool but it looked inviting. The room had a DVD player and the reception had a good selection of DVDs to choose...

My family and I have stayed at this hotel twice now, October 2014 and April 2015, sadly we've only been able to stay for a night each time but we will definitely be going back again. It's a stunning, affordable and friendly hotel. All of the staff at this hotel are so welcoming and kind. Upon arrival you are awaited...

Stayed for a night when I needed to get to the Krabi Airport early in the morning. The hotel was nice, and the room comfortable/clean. However the hotel is located on a side street and far from anything to see/do or restaurants. Their restaurant has a mosquito problem and I was bit several times while trying to eat. There was...

We booked a family room over the hotel's website. They got back to us quickly. Room was on 6th floor with distant view of hills. Lift to rooms. Balcony with chairs. Got 2 adjoining rooms with shared shower room - large. 2 x 4-poster beds and rollaway bed. Comfy beds, good tv channels for the kids, clean and well presented...

Spent one night here off season for a wedding. The rooms are very spacious and nicely appointed. The mattresses are run down but overall worth the money. Large swimming pool...not sure why people would stay here when Railey Beach is so close by with more to offer. Typical "boutique" new construction hotel that are popping up everywhere. Housekeeping knocked and...
