We spent one pleasant night at this "quaint" motel. The price was certainly reasonable considering staying in Carmel and the location was excellent for being close to downtown shops and restaurants. The motel is located on a side street which provides a little more privacy and quiet. Our room was clean and comfortable, nicely furnished in "antiquitish" floral design. Besides...

The town of Carmel, California is beautiful but if you throw $200 to stay here you would of probably missed many other nicer places. The heat did not work. The front desks said the blow fireplace heater works. The TV did not work. The place was dirty and the bed spreads smelled like they never been washed. They could st...

Well if you are looking to stay in a pink and green flowered wallpapered room with no way to charge your phone or get air in the bedroom you need to stay here. It is one street over from Ocean ave. great location, expensive for what you get. We had one king bed and a trundle bed. Yes I said...

We made last minute reservation with Reservation.Com DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE because we were unable to ever talk with a live person at this inn. It was the weekend of the AT&T Pebble Beach golf tournament and we were desperate for two rooms. I should have realized in a city completely booked, there was a reason this place had...

My husband and I had to book a last minute reservation in Carmel, and the choices were slim. We booked this one because it was close to the hotel our friends were staying at, and was the best without breaking the bank that I could find at the time. What a disappointment. The bed furnishings smelled really musty, had to...

Great little place in a good location, friendly staff and decent continental breakfast. Good price nice and clean, also good parking! Not far from all the shops, bars and restaurants! We walked to Clint Eastwoods Mission ranch from here....about a mile!

Stayed a couple of nights during a California road trip. Most expensive time of year so wasn't cheap, but lots of homely touches about the place and nice rooms made for a very pleasant stay. Conveniently located for the beach and the best attractions. Recommended as a more cost effective alternative to the more well known brand names.

What a delightful little place to stop over! Only one night, but it was comfortable and clean, set in an absolutely delightful place, an easy walk from the main precinct. The price was fine, the room was spacious and I would love to return!

Overall very sweet hotel. Cute, quant and clean. Breakfast great, gave us a sweet basket of food and another area to get more food. We walked to beach with four children. Nice walk. The only drawback was one of the beds - super squeaky! The slightest move would squeak and wake you up. The other bed was great as my...
