We are 1-mile from the Carmel Beach. It is downhill to the beach, but uphill on the way back. Many of our guests like the walk, as you can walk through the heart of the village of Carmel on the way. If walking is not for you, there is ample public parking at the beach.
Let us know if you have any further questions or call us to reserve your stay.

Walking distance to the beach implies easy access.
Yes, if you are in good shape, you can walk to the beach in 1/2 hour... It would be a true hike uphill back to the hotel. Kitchen??? No absolutely not.
