We chose 1 suite(in the central building with balcony with view) and 1 double room with of course difference in the price for our Christmas Holiday. When we arrived we faced a hotel that was under construction, even the yard was uncared. There were many dogs that they came to our side just the time we left the car. The...

On the (+) side The rooms are spacious. The location is great to explore the area of Aspropotamos. The owners know the area and can provide useful information. The view towards the surrounding woods is stunning. On the (-) side The place is a bit rundown and definitely needs some additional investment to refurbish it. The quality of the food...

IN A NUTSHELL: (+): Friendly personnel, very beautiful location, nicely built hotel, a couple of dishes (with reference to local pies) were delicious (-): Dirty rooms (moldiness in walls & bed, spiders), cold water in bath (you have to wait at least for 30 min. to turn warm), food below average (especially breakfast) also considering low variety & quantity, no...

Nice hotel, hidden away within the mountains in central Greece. Rooms very large and comfortable. Indoor pool for the winter. Trail available to go for hike in the mountains. Food at the restaurant was delicious and most (if not all) food was home grown. A nice escape for nature lovers seeking to get away from a large city.

In the last 6 years it's the third time having holidays in this area and in this hotel (for my character that means that both have impressed me). I was afraid, that in comparison to my previous back-up 4 years ago the situation (because of the economic crisis) would be worse, but this was not the case. OK, some repaires...

SOS! HOTEL IN DISTRESS! Please note, although this review contains some honest comments of a negative nature, it is NOT essentially a negative review! We had spent a night in this amazing – I would say almost magical - place six years earlier and had had such a wonderful time that we vowed we would come back some day. We...

Huge rooms, home made food, things to do, quiet environement, luxury and yet in the heart of the nature, in an area still unspolied by tourism. Travelling alone I felt like the master of a castle or a bishop in a monastery. Probably the largest rooms I have ever stayed. Recommended for lonely travellers, nature lovers, explorer, romantic couples and...

I passed 5 wonderful days with my son. The double room I booked was enormous with a twin and 2 single beds!! Furniture antiquefro 18th and 19th century. Very nice cafe, restaurant and bar. We enjoyed the pool with view to the mountains of Pindos. Excellent dishes in the restaurant and very good and rich breakfast. The stuff (a big...
