Detailed Reviews
It is a very large property with lots of green areas. It was so peaceful to stay here.
Very good for families and groups of friends.
I was especially impressed by how Oil, one of the staff that helped our travel in Khao Yai. My driver didn't understand any English and he didn't know any place in Khao Yai. Oil was willing to do interpretation for us and show the driver all the tourist attraction destinations, even over the phone anytime we needed. We had a very nice and well planned trip in Khao Yai thanks to her.

This property is old and poorly maintained. They admit to having only 3 staff for so many rooms and such a large area! We stayed in the "townhouses" which were two-storey shop houses, retrofitted with a small bedroom on the ground floor, so no en-suite for your travel mates. One well-worn and sad looking sofa completes the furnishings.
Breakfast was the standard toast and eggs and soggy, discount-hypermart sausages and hams. Entirely forgettable.
The only redeeming qualities are the low low price, the convenient location, and the wide expanse of land they have. We had an inclination to explore it all, but we could not stand an extra minute here.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Besides that, there were no redeeming qualities to this resort. It's not maintained well, it's old, rooms have cheap furniture and don't feel particularly comfortable. Bathroom has a non separated shower. The soap they provide feels more like a brick of clay. The parking lot is a patch of dirt opposite the reception. Breakfast is mostly bad (E. G. Fake ham, cold eggs,...). Lots of details add up and make the stay not particularly pleasant. Overall, it feels like a 600thb resort. But it was more than twice that price. I won't go there again.
