While we prefer public campgrounds, we do appreciate KOA for a chance to have full hookups from time to time. This KOA is far off the road which we thought would be worth it for a quiet night. We arrived about 2pm. The office was closed and locked with no sign for when anyone would return and no self-register instructions....

This place left us both feeling annoyed and I would not return to it. I tend to avoid KOAs in general, but as this is sometimes not possible I have some experience with them - and this was the most mediocre of all. The promised wifi was not available. The staff/owner was not available, very hard to reach and aloof....

This place has only two things going for it: the landscapes in the area are quite pretty and it isn't next to a highway. Aside from that, this campground has many cons, and we would never return. Very poorly organized. After-hours check in is complicated because they tell you to refer to a price list which does not exist! This...

Arrived after office hours - we've self-registered plenty of times at KOAs. It's never been a problem till Cloverdale. While the location was nice (though 6ish miles off the main road), there was no price list, no one we could contact, couldn't access wifi to look online - we ended up wasting valuable travel time waiting around for the owner...

I've camped in the wilderness with zero amenities. But paying so much for this non-maintained place and a stuck-up rude owner wasn't worth. Bug infested oak branches above our camping pads. Spiders sliding down, lots of various caterpillars including western tussock moth caterpillar falling on us from oak tree branches above us. The problem subsided little bit after smoke created...

Such a peaceful place. You must visit during spring time to enjoy this location. Lush greenery surrounded with creeks. I made the best of out of this place. Perfect for joggers and stood near the creek to listen to such a soft sound of water. The staff was courteous, specially Roth. We rented out log cabin which was expensive. $200...

Needed a quick stop over for the night and decided on the Cloverdale KOA. Made our reservation via the KOA app and requested a pull thru site with 50 amp service to accommodate a 35 foot fifth wheel with 3 slide outs. Our reservation was approved. After the traveling up the long, potholed and narrow roadway we arrived at our...

Well the road to get in from the North was a bit tight and long, suggest coming in from the South. It's a lot better road, wider easier to get to the campground. This is a large campground with many cabins. A nice pool and spa/ hot tub. A pond where it's catch and release. Miniature Golf Course. Nice views...

Booked two specific RV sites the end of May for my Birthday the end of July. The sites I wanted were available. The day I booked their computer was down so she could not give me a confirmation but said that she would email me the confirmation as soon as she could. After three weeks I had not received any...

Funny, we had the same experience as the family who paid £90 ($120.00) on 9/4/16....We arrived on 9/5/16 after 7pm to a literally empty campground, where registration forms, price lists we missing, and phone calls were never answered. We took a spot to rest for a few hours. Our charges the next morning for three adults, with applicable discount was...
