we always stay here when we go birding in Sacramento area. It is comfortable and friendly. sometime you may get unlucky with a large and loud group of people who may be getting up early in the dark to go hunting, but often people are courteous.

Clean room. Bed needs work. Hump in middle sloped to sides, otherwise comfortable. Why no coffee in rooms, pretty bad having to get dressed in order to walk to office to get a cuppa. I have to return and plan on staying here.

I've been coming about every month since last December. Hansa always makes sure to get me a room with good wifi so I can work. The way I see it, the room is free and you're paying for the awesome owners! It's clean, centrally located (right by the courthouse - and everything else). Plenty of space, all you need for...

Nice, clean, rooms and staff. The owners want out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and that my room was comfortable. It's the best hotel in town. I wasn't feeling well when I got to the hotel, the owner clean the room right away to get me in even though I was two hours early for check...

the rooms are spotless. Front desk is very friendly and helpful, complimentary coffee and bottled water. Nice and quiet! 3 miles from a really nice casino. Walking distance to some great restaurants, including Rocco's.

Every May our antique tractor club take a tractor ride from Woodland, CA to Colusa, CA. We always stay at the Riverside Inn. The innkeepers are so very accommodating for us. There is a little gazebo where we have our "happy hour" beverages after the ride. They make dinner reservations for us, provide fresh coffee if we want it in...

We wer in Colusa for an organized bike ride and needed a convenient place to stay. The Riverside fit the bill, not too expensive and clean. It won't win any style awards and there are some dings and scratches but very serviceable. The mattress wasn't great. The staff was very friendly and even made point of getting up early (5:30...

We spent one night before a cycling event. We had not thought to request a ground floor room (for ease of handling the bikes), but the staff accommodated our needs without difficulty. The room was clean and quiet. There is apparently wifi in the "public areas," but we couldn't log on from our room. That was no big deal, as...

My husband and I stayed here in mid-February, found it on the web, close to Colusa & Sacramento NWRs; and Grey Lodge birding. Figured it would be a small downtown, older hotel, and it surprised us with much more. Friendly manager, welcoming overall, hard to explain: Flowers, plants, like a home, outside the office. The accessible room had a huge...

Perfectly clean; very friendly! We loved being at the river and walking the pretty tree-lined streets. Very quiet; we will stop there again. The Sacramento River is right out back of the motel with steps up to the dike.
