First off the valet is awesome and cheap! I got my car washed as well, down side must pay in cash at check out. Check in was a breeze, friendly front desk, i was helped by a girl who has grayish colored hair. I ordered room service, the food was amazing! I loved the fries! The best part was the...

I was playing poker at the Commerce for the first time and decided to stay at the hotel on site. I valet parked the car and expected a $20-30 charge on my bill. Surprised at checkout with only a $5 parking charge. Great price and a lot easier than walking the parking lot. The check in was very smooth and...

Nice and clean. Beds are small. Staff friendly. Not really for family. Only for poker players. A little too much in the downtown area. If you are a poker player, this hotel is convenient. Parking is terrible so valet option is suitable.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 night. We saw this hotel as kind of a central hotel in Los Angeles to which we could base out of. The price was reasonable for a 4 star hotel so my family of three stayed here. First, for IHG Rewards, to which the Crown Plaza is a member of, I have the...

This is a good hotel, many visitors due to the casino on site, and there's also an outlet mall near to it. we got a room on the 3rd floor that looks over a roof with a generator on site. noise was ok but not comfortable. I've got the valet parking worth the 5$. The room was big and clean....

Love the 9th floor rooms, suite, not to big, not too small... excellent service from the staff... Valet park is worth the 5$, since self park will spend 20 minutes of my time looking for a spot... Love the place... worth the week's stay

The front entrance is (very reasonably priced) valet only, and all others must park off to the side. The lot is very dark, and does produce a tinge of unease, though there is security on patrol. If parking to the side, there are 2 side entrances, both of which feed into the casino by way of the poker hall, and...

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was spacious. The bed very comfy. Only complaint was the air con was a little noisy. In a great location to go shopping at the Citadel. Hotel food was pretty good. Carpark was huge and a little confusing. They had a cafe which was great, we got coffees and croissants for a...

I was quite surprised with the property as I was expecting that since it's a casino hotel, the place would be so busy and would smell like cigarettes. But no, it was well lit and very clean looking. The room I had was also very spacious and neat. Breakfast place was basic but it definitely served its purpose.
