We stayed at this hotel two nights due to meetings in Palo Alto and it felt like a wonderful mini vacation in Silicon Valley. While University Avenue offers quite the traffic jam, the hotel itself seems a world away. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. We ventured into downtown Palo Alto one night and I had a small container...

We only stayed one night, arrived at 11:30pm after a cross-country flight into San Jose, and left at noon the next day. The hotel gave exactly what we needed to recover from a day of travel- extremely comfortable bed, great room service (I think the margherita pizza was the best room service pizza I have ever had!), and easy check-in/check-out....

To begin with it's Four Seasons so it is mostly worth the money. This particular one does not tick all the boxes in my opinion - the location is average; and the gym is below average; food is great and the service is of course superior. So if your company is paying and you are not much into gym, then...

Hi WasBas, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are disappointed to know that we did not meet your expectations with our location and that you found our gym to be average, but we are pleased to know you enjoyed the food and our superior service. We've taken your comments on board and hope...

Very quiet and peaceful. Service is excellent. Room was comfortable and clean. Restaurant was good. Great place to stay and be close to Stanford University. University is an easy 15 minutes away. Easy to get to from SFO as well. Relaxing and high quality.

Hotel is in a business location - next to a highway, so not a lot going on. excellent service. rooms are clean and large and soundproof. good standard amenities. fitness is quite small but extra bikes next to the pool. food and drinks in quattro more than ok. in short, really good choice when in...

Wow... a 5 star service by everyone! We had stayed here for 3 nights and couldn't have asked for more. Our flight from San Diego got delayed by 4 hours and it was midnight by the time we reached the airport baggage to only find that our luggage was delayed further due to misplacement. We were too sleepy, so wanted...

This is a very nice Four Seasons with a business location. It overlooks Highway 101 so it is handy for driving, but not much ambience outside the Hotel. My wife & I were in town for a wedding. Service was excellent and the room very nice. It was totally quiet even with the highway not far away. The bar was...

This was probably the cleanest hotel room and bathroom I have ever been in. Service was exceptional at check in and departure. The room is extrmely cofortable and modern. The dining room is expensive for what you get, but the quality of the food was very good and the dining room staff was exceptionally attentive.

Nothing exceptional or remarkable about my stay, not an amazing Four Seasons experience, but perfectly acceptable. They are still in the course of a major renovation so there is currently no lobby to speak of, the construction can be noisy and the entrance is sort of just an awkward hallway. But this is all short term. Almost all the rooms...

I'm a Four Seasons / Ritz Carlton type of traveler, but on this trip we were going casual...but... But, this was the last day of a 10-day wine tasting/waterfalls/horseback riding/sunset beach picnic, etc. vacation....so, I wanted our last night to be special, and the superb service from everyone at the Four Seasons in Palo Alto, made this not just special,...
