A bit dated hotel, but perfect for a few days while exploring Yosemite. Shame you have to pay for Wi-Fi daily but understand have to make a living some how. Only thing is the restaurant/bar opens around 5ish for the evening - We had finished our adventure of Yosemite around 2ish and had to wait around to go for a...

Room was not as comfortable as the price warranted. Electrical outlets were unsafe and too few; one was broken and dangerous, others didn't hold plugs firmly so that they dropped out. Location was good but they have an urgent need to modernize. The big extra charge for very slow WiFi is a rip-off, especially as there is no cellphone coverage.

This was a good hotel to stay at. Pretty cute, decent rooms, everything you need for a stay near Yosemite. Even had an on-site bar and restaurant, we watched the indians when they were in the World Series!

The room was average and very dated, but a lovely location next to the Merced River. There was a good kitchen area in our Junior Suite which was ideal to prepare a family meal and our picnics etc. We used a pull down bed in the living area which worked well for our family, although the fridge was next to...

This was a nice little place to stay for a couple of nights whilst visiting Yosemite. Although not in the park itself, it is a short drive from it, and apparently a bit cheaper. This hotel has its own bar, restaurant, and pool. The rooms are okay, just a little bit dark. Unfortunately, could not get any cellular signal here...

We stayed 1 night in upgraded room, which was big, clean and nice. Just 15 min from park enterance. No celluer signal in the area and the hotel charges 10 usd per night per device for wi fi. I think room price should includes wi fi.

Hotel is located about 30-40 min from National Park. Our room was big, but I would say didn't feel extremely clean. We had TV in the room, but picture was fuzzy with lines going across. Phones didn't have any service & hotel wanted to charge us $10 per device a day. Even though hotel had very friendly & helpful staff,...

I wanted to visit Yosemite and was desperate to go but there were no rooms available in Yosemite Village. Mistake 1: planning visit at last minute I looked around and there were only 2 options and 1 was Cedar lodge. The photos weren't too bad but the reviews were very bad. Mistake 2: a hotel that has zero competition will...

When we arrived there was a broken toilet sitting outside our room. I havenʻt had towels that were this thin since I was in a college dorm room. You could see your hand through the towels! The wall paper in both the bedroom and the bathroom was peeling off the wall in several places. Pillows were so old and flat...

Lovely views in every direction, cute carved bear statues in the well kept grounds. Large motel second closest to Yosemite's El Portal entrance. Luckily it has a nice store in the lobby, two pools (indoors and out), restaurant, and grill and bar there, too. All that said it was still just a nice motel once we got to our room....
