We spent three nights recently with Liz and Ron at their superb B + B - having read some of the few negative comments posted by some prior to writing this, I think some people are hard to please. The hosts could not have been more friendly and we found the room and breakfasts to be excellent. We were happy...

The owners of the B and B make you feel like you are staying with family or friends. Ron and Liz are a great couple. The B and B is very close to the Arch Rock entrance to Yosemite. It is on the Merced river and has a wonderful deck right on the river. We ate breakfast in the main...

And it is! There is nothing to match Ron and Lizs hospitality in the park. From superbly appointed rooms with balcony decks overlooking the Creek to a home cooked breakfast, tea and cookies in the afternoon and free tour guide thrown in. Bring a bottle of wine or two, Ron and Liz don't mind, and spend a late afternoon on...

This B&B really is a hidden gem in Yosemite! We booked a two nights stay and we wished we'd of had more time in our trip to stay longer. Landing in Las Vegas we drove to the blue butterfly through Death Valley, luckily Tioga pass was open and it only took 10 hours. Which seems a long journey but the...

We recently did a one month visit to the USA including a 17 day roadtrip so we stayed at many hotels, B&B, cabins and motels during this time. Yosemite Blue Butterfly was by far the best place we stayed. When we booked we booked the only room available which as it turned out was the entire top floor of the...

We have just spent 4 nights with Ron and Liz and I wish it could have been 4 months! They welcomed us so warmly into the beautiful Blue Butterfly that we felt at home immediately. The house is immaculate and perfectly located for a visit to Yosemite. If you are a fan of art nouveau you will be delighted by...

Liz and Ron have created a true home away from home experience at the Blue Butterfly Inn. They are consummate hosts who were welcoming, knowledgeable and a real joy to talk to. Breakfast each morning is a great time to meet the other guests and enjoy a delicious meal before heading into the park or surrounding areas. Room was beautifully...

Liz and Ron were extremely helpful and very interesting to talk to. The breakfasts were splendid with always something cooked in addition to an amazing selection of fruits and bread. We were in the sunflower room at the top, lovely views and a huge amount of space to relax. Thank you.

What a wonderful experience we had! The house is great, the breakfast is very tasty, location is fantastic, afternoon tea and cookies are a delight. But what made our stay great is Ron and Liz, two wonderful hosts, who love to welcome, and to share their knowledge and love of the Yosemite national park. We followed their great advice and...

Trip Advisor need to create a 5+ category to do this one justice. Fantastic backdrop of Yosemite National Park's natural wonders & scenery. Lovely & spacious room with good size balcony to sit & watch the stream flow by as well as the birds & animals that live alongside it. Great home cooked breakfast which is served to all at...
