The hotel i stayed room 4210 is dirty the floor not so clean the sofa so old and black in color thai i not feel to sit on it should be thrown the sofa and toliet also dirty a lot of mud… the management should look this matter buat malu Terengganu

- Does not directly connected to the beach. - Sliding doors has gaps. I woke up around 5am in the morning to the smell of something burnt outside. - Sliding door couldn’t be locked, sink clog, bed-side lamp was malfunction. Maintenance had to fixed it. Couldn’t fix bed-side lamp. - Toilet was not as clean. Water or soap marks on the shower glass. - Deco on bed frame was broken. - Requested for change room but was told that a new room is far. - Convenient store was closed when i had to buy mineral water. Ask the staff if there is anyway they can offer a bottle of water, they couldn’t anything about it. - Breakfast was okay. One cat wander around and was shocked to see the cat eating ikan bilis meant for nasi lemak. Hotel staff didn’t realise it and i had to call hotel staff. - The same cat kept coming into the dining area. …

The room is spacious but it is not maintained well. However, the location and surrounding are superb. It is very near the beach and the pool itself is a heaven for children. Overall, a lot of improvement to be made!

the rooms were spacious but the aircond is quite old. the pool is big and my nephews like it a lot. we were kinda upset because we cannot ride the pedal boat rides because all of them were broken. but its okay since we can ride the bicyscles. the buffet breakfast should have more food. but overall experience is good because my family were very happy with the resort.

Improvement: 1. Its very hard to get through to Resort via phone call. Called the resort phone number more than 10 times but unable to reach the receptionist 2. Room condition looks worn out. 2 times got electrical trip due to AC. 3. The toilet & bed cover look old and not very clean 4. Sport activity facilities not well maintain. Only have 1 functional pedal boat rides. Another 3 is broken. Good things: 1. Spacious room 2. Food in the Sutera Bayu Coffee House is delicious

Rooms were obviously not well kept, smelly bathroom plus there's sand and debris all over the room. Not to mention air conditioning unit looks as if not serviced for a long while. Facilities are not maintained regularly, i. e. no brakes installed on the bicycles could led to minor incident. Appliances are outdated and old. Faulty drain system, toilets are easily clogged and the bath tubs looks filthy. Management and staffs took complaints very lightly, front desk took a few calls to pick up. And didn't come as soon as they receive the complaint. Coming from a regular customer, I no longer recommend this place. Rate is not up to par with the experience and service provided.

Me and my friends stayed for only 2 days and 1 night and I must say everything was great. The price for 2 deluxe room are considered reasonable and the accommodation also provided like wifi and stuff. The views at the resort was nice and i can’t complaint.

Very old hotel not properly maintained, not worth the rm 200 paid, also water activities like kayak and boat were dirty, filthy and old. Thank God at least I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Swimming pool was acceptable.

Last time I went here back in 2012. Bit surprisingly today it was still well maintained, the room was clean, all amenities well functioned. The food also good. One of the best beach resort for family in Kelantan.

The room was badly maintained, toilet were filthy and was not being clean properly or easy to say it doesn't looked like it has been cleaned. Food prepared was not as expected. Not worth every penny paid at rm200ish and as a so called resort ranked with 4 star. There are pest like cockroaches and worms in the toilet. TBH 2 star is more than fair as it was not properly manage and maintained. Better find elsewhere. Totally disappointing.
