TERRIBLE HORRIBLE! Don't come here! How you still managed to called yourself "Selesa Hillhomes"? Such disgrace to the word Selesa, which means comfort in English. We had team building here. Overall experience stayed in this place was like a torture from the hell. Rundown. Not safe. Old room. Very dirty. No tea / coffee. No room service. Kitchen not open...

Came here during my cell group camp last weekend. The apartment and clubhouse are nice and comfortable. The facilities are good. A swimming pool is located next to the clubhouse. Buffet meals can be provided. The food is ok. There are plenty of carpark spaces. Having said that, the maintenance of the apartment was mediocre. The apartment unit that were...

Good location. Security is good. Overall maintenance of the building is poor. Poor lighting in the night. Poor occupancy and hardly patronised. Overall opinion as a resort falls short of expectation. F&B extremely poor. The resort needs a good paint job and efforts must be made to improve occupancy.

Just don't bother. This is one of those places in Malaysia that might of been ok when they were first built, but haven't been properly maintained. The furniture was worn, bathroom was mouldy, door security latch was broken, floor tiles were loose, TV and air conditioner were ancient, blanket was scratchy, service was slow, meeting rooms were basic with broken...

The resort has been around for a long time. At an altitude of 400m, it is still hot during the day time. Could drop to 20oC at night or early morning, especially when there's rain. There are few guests during weekdays, but a bit more during weekends. The apartments are ok but dated with limited facilities. Check in time is...

First and foremost, don't expect 5 star rooms or facilities. But over my stay here for 6 days, I must say that the rooms within the resort are comfortable leaning towards manageable living. The bedrooms at apartment units are manageable. BUT for me, it's the service and people at this resort which stands out! They are attentive and friendly. They...

Bukit Tinggi, many people mistaken that this is Berjaya Colmar Tropicale for initial name. However this is total different property. Selesa HillHomes is located at foothill of Genting after the Genting Sempah or usually we call Karak Highway Tunnel and can be easily view on tour left side when heading towards Kuantan just after passing the tunnel. This Resort are...

I would not say that I'm disappointed as I've done a bit checking on the resort's review by recent travelers upon our arrival. So yeah, manage to 'manage my expectation' but still . . . tooooooo disappointed. Went here for a family day. Considering that the resort is easily accessible by everyone (in the family), so we decided to chose...

Poor quality of room in a nice surrounding. Staff is friendly. Room is pretty aged and crappy. Breakfast is atrocious. Hard boiled eggs and noodle. That is all. Flies are everywhere. Staff taking care of breakfast don't seem to be interested to serve at all. So UN- Malaysian hospitality. I will never be back again.

“The 2 Bedroom unit is quite good and look newly furbished compared to 3 Bedroom unit. Very spacious for big family. Family studio is quite spacious for 3 people. I think you could add up to 5 to 6 people if you add extra mattresses.”
