Really enjoyed ourselves at this hotel. Fantastic huge room at the tower with lovely bathtub and twin showers and vanity basins. Private swimming pool was enough for a dip only but exhilarating to view out onto the water chalets below and the sea. The steam room worked but can be too hot if you sit just above the steam outlet.
The downside unfortunately, the thing that drop one point for our review was the noisy aircon. It was quite loud even though we set the fan to the lowest. The other reason was the next room had a big group who were jumping in and out of their pool and shouting very loudly, which isn't the hotel's fault.
Breakfast area was big enough for the huge number of guests. There were many foreign tourists on tour groups but a big section of the outdoor area need not be opened up. The waiter team was super efficient, clearing up used plates, bringing fruits and tea when you require. Thank you Jerriel, Ardian, Tegar and Owto.
Sufficient car parking is on the ground level as well as the multi-storey carpark. There doesn't seem to be a direct connection to the hotel lobby and would require you to walk out on the driveway to the main entrance.
Visit the 13th floor pub for a lovely night view. Kids playroom, spa, gym on 2nd floor close early.
The tower rooms seem to be a better deal. Many of the water chalets face each other, or the tower block, walkways etc so you won't get the privacy you want as we could look down into the chalet below. You can't be assured that you would get a chalet that faces the sea if you booked one.
Apart from the hotel rates and minus points above, we would recommend to stay here, at least once to enjoy a 5-star hotel experience. And look forward the their second phase that has started reclamation works

I recently stayed at Lexis Hibiscus port Dickson from 21st to 23rd November 2024 (3 days, 2 nights) and had initially booked two rooms, 427 and 428, in the Panorama Pool Sea View Villa. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall condition of the rooms. My family and I were very pleased with the services provided, and it felt like a great start to our vacation.

However, we did encounter a minor issue: the ceiling above the bathtub was dripping water, which prevented us from fully enjoying the bathtub. Despite this, the in-room dining service was excellent—we ordered the Chick and Chick (12 pieces) with 3 cans of coke & 1 sprite, and it was hot, fresh, and delicious. Everything was so perfect that we decided to extend our stay for one more night and changed to the Panorama Beach View Villa, booking rooms 475 and 476.

Since it was an extension, I was happy that I didn’t have to wait until 3 PM for check-in. I requested buggy service at 10:30 AM to move to the new rooms, but we waited an hour for it to arrive, which was inconvenient.

Upon reaching rooms 475 and 476, we faced several issues:
• The doors for both rooms were faulty and wouldn’t auto-close, requiring us to slam them shut, which was disruptive and startling.
• The roller blinds were not functional and couldn’t move up or down.
• The toilet vanity was faulty, and the toilet paper kept rolling onto the floor.

We had to call the operator to arrange for a technician to fix these issues, which delayed our plans for water sports that day.

Later that night, we ordered the Chick and Chick again, expecting the same great quality as before. Unfortunately, the dish was excessively salty this time, and I couldn’t even eat it. I called to inform them, and they kindly replaced it. However, the wait was so long that I lost my appetite, and the replacement dish, while less salty, was soggy and disappointing.

In hindsight, I regret extending my stay. The experience in the new rooms and the decline in food quality left me feeling let down compared to the wonderful start we had in rooms 427 and 428.

I hope the management addresses these issues, as the property has great potential but needs better consistency in service and maintenance.

We stayed at the Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson in January for 9 days. The staff from the moment we arrived till the day we left were all very pleasant and professional. Most guests stay for around 2-3 days so 9 days was seen as a long stay guest, and we were treated very well to be fair. There isn’t a lot to do in the area which supports the 2-3 day stay approach.
We stayed in a sea view Villa and opted for the additional Lighthouse / Wave Dining package for afternoon tea, drinks and a meals venue which we were superb. I have got to say Azwan the Lighthouse manager, Revathi the waitress and all the other staff were genuinely superb. They could not do enough to make our time special. Thank you all for that.
The Hotel has many good features and large restaurants to suit most tastes, all are generally very nice but look a little dining hall in their presentation.
There is a tour desk with private hire excursions but be careful when booking. We booked the Malacca tour and all they did was drop us off in the centre and told us that we would be picked up at a certain time. Never saw anyone at the desk after that as we were leaving so couldn’t complain. The Kuala Lumpur tour was certainly better, but you cannot see all they list in the time they allocate.
The Villa was very clean and the rooms and towels etc are cleaned daily. Whist the rooms are very spacious they are showing signs of their age and the whole facility needs some maintenance and updating.
There is very large development on going which will double the size of the hotel and this may affect some of the guest’s enjoyment over the next few years so be aware and enquire. Once done I assume they will update the existing facility.
Very small point, the room slept 4 yet only one table and two chairs. No sun loungers but little space for these anyway.
The main pool is tucked away and is of a decent size but is right next to the outdoor breakfast dining area and quite limited for such a large hotel. To be fair there wasn’t many poolside or bathing and I assume this is a cultural thing as most of the guests are short term. There is no outlook to the beach or sea.
The hotel has a very small sand beach area with outdoor activities but no-where really to sunbathe or safely swim. The sea is currently very cloudy, and I assume this is due to the land/sea reclamation works from the ongoing hotel development works so don’t expect clear blue waters for now.
As said above, the staff were great, the potential is superb, but in my view if the hotel wants to attract longer term guests, then there are things in the villas (like sunbeds) that need attending to. We would love to return, but it needs updating before we do.

The hotel was very comfortable and immaculately clean. We even had our own swimming pool on the balcony.
When we went to Roselle All Day for a buffet breakfast, the staff there were very friendly and welcoming, and offered very attentive customer service. Upon overhearing my sister talking about wanting fruit juice, one of the staff, Mr Ram/Sandesh, came and helped her get the juice. He also asked my parents if they wanted coffee and got coffee for them. On another occasion, another staff member, Mr Woo Kok Wa, also got coffee for my parents and even gave me and my siblings rabbit plushies wearing t-shirts with the hotel's name printed on them as souvenirs.
The beach was also especially clean and clear in some places, and we found mussels everywhere. We also saw schools of tiny fish and even yellow crabs that crawled out of the sea. There were also many beach activities like kayaking and riding on banana boats. When we tried riding the banana boat, it was fun and exhilarating but also very safe.
Overall, the hotel room was very spacious and pleasant, and I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and will visit it again in future.

Upon check in, the front desk lady was very friendly and welcoming. We were also greeted and had a brief tour by the buggy driver.
During our stay, we booked for a buggy service but it never came after 15minutes. So we walked out instead. Because we booked the premium villa, our room was pretty far. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the walk out.
The hotel surrounding is pretty but there's not much activity to do besides archery, riding bikes etc. (U are not allowed to ride the bikes along the beach). In the evening the view is pretty nice with all the lights.
There is a mini store at the hotel lobby selling swimming costumes, towels, snacks, etc as well as a cafe but there is not much choice however they do offer healthy meals like salad.
We tried to order room service but no one picked up the call. We called front desk and they reconnect us to the same line, no one picked up either. It was after sometime that we Whatsapp the ambasaddor who helped us relayed our request. The pizza came hot but unfortunately, the dough was soggy and sticking to the packaging.
There were complimentary drinks in the room.
We're happy that they provided clean white towels and bedsheets but the room cleanliness unfortunately was not on par with the price. There were water marks everywhere even on the glass doors which seemed like they had not been cleaned for a long time. The shower is clogged when in use. The pool had stains around it.
Amenities such as toothbrush, comb, cotton bud and cotton wool were provided. I like that their toothbrush is nice to use but their shampoo and shower gels were not topped up.
The toilet and pool lights were flickering the entire time.
The distance between the tv and the bed made the tv size looked small and not clear as compared to other hotels.
Its a nice place for families as the room is spacious but not value for money because of poor cleanliness and food quality. We like that our room offered privacy as compared to other rooms which was facing the main bridge or other rooms.

Hibiscus Resort is a sea villa that has been rapidly rising in Malaysia recently. As long as you travel with a group in Malaysia, you will definitely stay at Hibiscus for one night. What is the charm of Hibiscus? Hibiscus has two world records, one is the most It is a resort with a swimming pool, and secondly, it has the most water villas. In addition, it is more famous because Jay Chou once stayed there, so Hibiscus Resort has become the favorite cooperative villa of Taiwan travel agencies. In addition to the large rooms, each room here has an outdoor swimming pool, which is very close to the sea level, so it feels like soaking in the sea. There is also a steam room. In addition, there is a transparent glass in the bathroom and room passage to see the marine ecology. Although it is a five-star The price of the resort is much cheaper than in Taiwan, so it is worth staying for one night.

We were there for 3 days n 2 nights stay. We were given the last end room on level 8th. Towards our room door I saw some bird poops at the metal panel of the parapet of our front door.. It was disgusting and dirty. After we enter the room it i found it was ok, but then when we opened the balcony, at the railing and the glass wall for view and near the pool was full of bird poops all over.. it was really disgustingly. Called the room cleaning service and it wasn't done properly.
Then they called another person to clean the pool. But still it wasn't enough. So I went down to talk to the counter staff but i was greeted by (Fasha) the staff and i told her about it. She gave us the fully attention of my complaint and helped us to change our room to another level and much better without any bids poops at all. We were enjoyed the whole 3 days n 2 nights trip there and yes, the pillows are really fluffy! The AC was cool with the weather outside sticky hot and the room is cleaned everyday. We really enjoy, feeling like staying in the room all the days. A special shout out to Miss Fasha, who has really made our trip worthy.
Thank you very much will come again for sure.

Amazing property at Port Dickson with all luxury and amenities giving the real feel of staying in a water villa. Always book through the property official website after logging in to get the best discount rates. Location and view from the room is excellent, service is prompt and the staffs are nice and very well behaved.
We chose premium sea view villa with uninterrupted view of the sea from room balcony and private pool. There are other category of rooms too, but not all have panoramic sea view. So, choose the rooms accordingly. 24 hrs shuttle service is available for transfer between reception and rooms.
The view from the rooftop bar of the main building was breathtaking, particularly the sunset view
Breakfast spread was huge, and there was separate section for Indians too with all Indian food.
There is a nice little beach next to the property to enjoy some beach time, and there's a nice fire show every Saturday from 8 pm.
The rooftop bar with its amazing panoramic view also holds live music every night, and the singers were generous enough to sing Bollywood songs too specially for us.
Grab is readily available for transfer to nearby market and Kuala Lumpur.
Overall an excellent luxurious stay for couple and family.

Hi hakSh11, Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson is in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia, therefore you will need to go through immigration at the Airport or at the Land Border (via Johor) if you travel via car/bus. The best way to get to Lexis Hibiscus is to take a quick 1 hour flight from Changi to KLIA (Kuala Lumpur International Airport), and thereafter, take a car transfer (Grab -like Uber, Limo, Taxi) to the hotel. The trip on the road is approximately 1 hour 10 minutes. If you do decide to travel by land (car/bus) from Singapore to Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson, the entire ride may take 5-6 hours (with some rest stops). You can search for Golden Coach Singapore for available busses that drop guests off right at the hotel. Alternatively, please contact the hotel team for limousine booking assistance. Thank you!
