Japanese restaurant UMI have spectacular food standards, mouthwatering food. I will be dreaming about their beef teppanyaki , just excellent. Salmon sashimi excellent as well. Hospitality 5 stars. Hotel is great, room had a lovely steam room and two massige beds. H Recommend for sure
They have upgraded and refurbished the rooms, all the facilities working well. A big thanks to Ms Anisah for the arrangement; everything is hassle-free and convenient from check-in to check out! Thanks to the team, and I will visit again soon!

Cleanliness : a lot of bird droppings on the balcony glass and floor. Sauna room is not working but that’s ok, we don’t need that anyway. Buggy service is super disappointing. We are family with 2 young kids (9 months & 4 years) and an old mum (60+ years). We would like to take buggy from Lobby to the Lighthouse tower for dinner but were rejected due to we are not staying in those water chalet. The buggy counter told us that not all the hotel guest can use the buggy service. The worst part of it is the moment when we wanted to use the buggy, there were no guest at all, they rather left the buggy empty and refuse to give us a convenience ride. It's reputable hotel but they need to look at their cleanliness, staff ability to do scrambled egg n to decide to charge or not to charge for latte during breakfast service The toilet are not very well maintained. The staff basically fried the egg n not scrambled. I asked for latte and I was told it rm12 during breakfast service only to realise its just to deter from people ordering. But service of staff is excellant
