Hotel overall is average. The lobby was just renovated a few months ago. It looks ok, not great. The workout facility is good enough. The hallways and carpet look old. The rooms are good - average Marriott. If you have status, the hotel has a...More

Same here. I also rented a car and came from Long Beach. If you haven't booked your trip, I would recommend coming in from Long Beach. LAX is a zoo with all the construction. And if you are flying United, it gets worse. United is at the end of the pick up route for the rental car vans and the shuttle vans are often full by the time they reach United. Fullerton is a good distance away from LAX and Uber may be costly depending on time. They do have an estimator you can use.
