The hotel was beautiful inside. The room was really nice. The T.V. satellite needs major improvements. Most of the staff was very friendly. The unfortunate part about the hotel was not ADA accessible.

First, I did my homework of surrounding hotels and decided on this one. I knew what the hotel had to offer and what they didn't have to offer. So I knew before checking in, what to expect and not expect. They didn't have a pool, they didn't have private parking, they didn't have an elevator, there was no view except...

I selected this hotel solely based on the price and the location but my wife and I, much like many of the other reviewers of this hotel, did not enjoy climbing up those stairs everyday to get back to our room. I knew there were stairs but until you deal with them you don't fully understand. My wife really liked...

I really liked this hotel, especially for the price. I paid the extra for an upgraded room, and it was worth it. The only downside was the view of a blank wall a few feet away from the window, so the room was quite dark. In contrast to other reviews, the bed was fine, the shower had excellent pressure, and...

We booked this hotel so we could be close to the Greek Theatre which is great, we used Uber for about $11 there and $20 back but close and easy. As other reviewers have noted it's an old hotel with NO ELEVATOR. But really no big deal, our room was on the second floor and quaint, small but efficient. The...

This reservation was made in a bundle with my Southwest airline ticket...so I guess I expected it to be more than what I got. Didn't know about the 339 1/2 address or how to find it, when I was trying to locate the "hotel" in the dark tired and irritable from a long hot day of traveling. Then to get...

I joined my husband on a business trip. This is a very cute hotel right in downtown Glendale. It is close to everything: shopping, restaurants, theaters. The rooms are small but very nicely done. There are quite a few steps and no elevator- if that is a problem for you. Staff is efficient and helpful. I would definitely stay there...

I don't ever do reviews, but at this hotel, I got the worst sleep I have ever gotten. The bed was loud every time you move, the fitted sheets ended up bunched underneath you (no matter how many times you try to fix it), the pillows were either flat & hard, or puffy. We got such horrible sleep we seriously...

Historic 1920s hotel located in downtown Glendal and a short drive away from Universal Studios/Burbank. Located within walking distance to Porto's Bakery and some other great dining options. Parking is located in the bank parking garage behind the hotel, and included with the price of the room. Guest services agents (24-hour front desk) were all extremely friendly and eager to...

This is nor a luxury hotel, farfrom it. But if conveniece and friendliness are impotant attributes, the Brandwood Hotel in Glendale might be just the right place for you. The hotel is right in the middle of downtown Glendale and close to some of the hottest spots in the city. There is no elevator so ask for a lower floor, but...
