Me hospedé junto a mi esposo una noche en estas cabinas, al llegar la muchacha de recepción nada más nos cobró y nos dió la llave, ni siquiera nos indicó donde quedaba la habitación que nos estaba entregando, preguntamos por el uso de la piscina y nos dijeron que debíamos reservarla con anticipación por lo tanto no pudimos usarla, esto no me lo dijeron al reservar días antes. El desayuno que estaba incluido en la reservación, era Gallo pinto recalentado y con el huevo crudo. En la habitación el agua de la ducha se filtraba y se hacía un charco en el baño. No esperaba demasiado, solo un buen servicio. El lugar es bonito pero lamentablemente no es para volver

This is a good budget-priced hotel with a swimming pool, air conditioning and updated rooms and facilities. The included breakfast was very good as is the on-site restaurant. It is convenient to much of the area.

We took a mission team of 27 people to the area and stayed in the Hotel Las Palmas for five nights. Here are my conclusions: 1. The staff were simply amazing. Accomodating and going above and beyond identify the attitude of all the staff from the management to the kitchen staff. 2. The food at the restaurant was very good. We had breakfast every morning and they spiced it up to give us a true Costa Rica experience. 3. Rooms were clean and facilities are clean and relatively new. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area.
