Pros: - Handsome, homey Bed and Breakfast. - Our room was clean, roomy and charming with beautiful old furniture. - The bedding is comfortable. - The room had a generous walk-in closet. - Staff is warm and welcoming, not intrusive, but helpful in answering questions and providing advice on area attractions. - Breakfast is served between 8 and 9am, and... After a long day of hiking, Yosemite Rose was a perfect stay for my boyfriend and I. We arrived around 5:30pm and were greeted by an adorable, very friendly, pup in the driveway. When we checked in, we were given a detailed tour of the house and family history. The facilities were clean, warm, and welcoming. Waiting for us in... More

This was our first bed and breakfast experience and Yosemite Rose did not disappoint. Accommodations were clean. Furnishings were tasteful and the amenities were awesome. The location was secluded and about 45 -60 minutes from park valley. Great choice for vacationers that want to get away from busy park. Breakfast was excellent both days that we stayed. None of your... More

We stayed in the Katherine room, which was a bit more private from the other rooms. It was very large, two sinks in the bathroom, a sitting area in the bedroom and another small area before you walk into the bedroom, plenty of plugs, large closet and two suitcase stands. I tell you all this, because it's important when traveling... More

This is a gem of a B&B. Comfortable, low key, lovely hosts. Location is quiet and beautiful! We loved spending time with their dogs and Ms. Dora, the cat. Breakfast was wonderful! And we appreciated the afternoon teat when we arrived. Location is great for those going to Yosemite. Highly recommend!!

This is a great place to stay. It was recommended to me by a colleague when I mentioned that I was thinking of staying in Groveland for our trip to Yosemite. We really enjoyed our time here. It's a short drive to Yosemite, and the town has some good food options for dinner. We enjoyed our breakfasts, and the cakes... More

This is probably the best bed and breakfast that my wife and I have ever stayed at. The breakfasts were excellent, and they gladly made accommodations for dietary restrictions. The afternoon pastries, brandy and desert wine was a much appreciated bonus. The owners and staff were inviting and friendly. As animal lovers we appreciated seeing their assortment of dogs and... This was our first visit to Yosemite and we found this lovely B&B in Groveland. The B&B is about a twenty minute drive from the park entrance located at Big Oak Flat. Don't miss the scenery along this drive as you make your way to the park. Their website suggests a route that avoids a long winding road. Unless you... More

What a great B&B! My wife and I loved sitting in the comfortable library that has every classic book you can imaging. We also played some pool while sipping Brandy that was offered by the owners(Port wine was also available). The rooms are well appointed(each with it's own thermostat),and the common rooms decorated with many photos of this families long... More

This is a fantastic place to stay tucked away on the rim of the grad canyon of the Tuolumne. The house is fantastic and the rooms are really nice. This is a real family B&B and the personal touches are everywhere. It is especially nice that they have port and brandy available for guests, we only had the port which... More
