We stayed here for 1 night, It was the most unforgettable experience in our WA trip. The staff are so friendly, the scenery of lake in early morning is so calm and breathtaking. My 11 year old boy was so busy with campfire, canoeing and fishing, that he totally forget computer games. Though it was winter while we stay, the... More

We are finding as we continue to finesse Boshack it is no longer a business to run but a time to meet some amazing people who come to enjoy something different with... More

We are a family of 4 (children aged 8 and 10) from England who stayed at Boshack for 2 nights in April. The cost of the 'lakeside glamper' was $250 a night for the 4 of us and I guess I was expecting something a bit fancier for my money. Basically the 'rustic glamper' is a huge tent, with proper... Thank you and i totally agree with everything you have said. We are trying to maintain the Australiana theme but as numbers grow to do so economically becomes more difficult and trying to maintain the Eco environment at the same time. We have taken note of you not seeing kangaroos and have started feeding wild kangaroos to hopefully make available... More

Just spent a weekend on a Yoga Retreat at Boshack. Although the accomadation is rustic, everything was spotlessly clean. Chrissy and staff went out of their way to meet all our needs. The vegetarian meals were delicious and the outlook onto the lake was perfect backdrop to our yoga practice. Even though it is only 90minutes from the city,it felt a... More

This is a brilliant place to go to , its out and away from all the busyness of life and the night skies are dark as - great for Astronomers and Astrophotographers alike - also great for the eco tourist - worth the trip and not far from Perth.

Thank you for your comments. Our isolation from civilization assists because of no pollution and we often get the comment of how clear our skies are at night mainly from Overseas visitors who never get the experience of such. More

I have been lucky enough to visit Boshack a number of times now. Deryck and the team are the most welcoming, friendly, laid back hosts you will have the pleasure of meeting. The 'glampers' are a step up from your ordinary hut; so very comfortable and spacious. I love lazing around the lake and kids don't stop exploring all the... More

It does grow on you , thank you for your comments. My biggest problem is we dont get to laid back as the environment makes it such that one considers picking a little area and becoming a recluse. The most amazing part i experience is the people we attract . With the many school children and Adults , local, national,... More

Thank you for your comments.
