The Welcome Inn 277 Motel is ideally located on Glen Osmond Road, only 5 to 10 minutes from the CBD. Good size rooms, nice bed, good breakfast options. Few negatives, the rooms are a bit pricey compared to the other motels in the area & the bathroom is very small in size.

Clean affordable accommodation and great central location with ease of access to the City. All assistance we required was facilitated by the lady in Reception efficiently. Microwave and milk could be accessed at the front desk.

We were stuck because our accomodation at another property was inadequate. The Welcome Inn certainly welcomed us and saved the day. Our accomodation was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms were well equipped and we were very comfortable.

Was nothing like the photos. Was more like a dirty run down unit rather than a luxurious villa. Floors were dirty. Surfaces were dirty need repairs. Was run down. Was on a busy noisy road. Was not worth the price we paid. Really disappointed.

I recently stayed here with my family over the Clipsal weekend, it was nice and close to the track (short cab ride) The hotel had a faultless check in and check out service, quick and easy. Our room was very reasonably priced and quite affordable. What really stood out for me was how clean and well looked after this hotel... More

A 4 room villa was booked and at the time 277 were told that there was a person in a wheelchair. We were assured that it would be suitable. The villa had a step up to the verandah and a step into the house. That cost me a new tyre and tube. The wheelchair would not fit through the bathroom... More

Location: It is located near the key driving routes to go to the CBD, Adelaide Hills etc. There is a bus stop nearby, but I did not use it. There is a small supermarket, fast food and petrol station within walking distance. I recommend to stay only if you have a car. Service: The service provided was very friendly and... More
