Older hotel but room was very clean, stylish and in excellent condition. The room smelled very good - not like a normal motel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating on phone and in person

At first sight, the place was the typical motel. But the staff tried to make us feel comfortable and the rooms were really clean. The brekfast is correct. Maybe not as big as we expected, but it was worth!

I tried getting a room at best western, but was booked up, really its just Hollister? the lady tried booking me a room in Gilroy but I needed to be up early for Mike to drop me off at work in the am. The price of a room for $100 is a joke for a one night stay. But much...

Had a business trip to Hollister and needed to spend one night. There is not a lot of choices in Hollister and found the Hollister Inn to be one of the lowest priced and figured this will due. I totally expected the "motel" type and when checking in this is what it looked like from the outside. When I got...

This place is a dump! The owners are dis-honest and overcharge…when you call them on it…they tell you next time you book We will take 15.00 off the room.( I was suppose to get a corporate rare) Yet they "forget". And try to pull another fast one on you. Pay attention to your credit card! The room it self is...

Understand I travel a bit for work so I am not always the one who chooses the hotel. Sometimes the room is booked for me. The person who booked this hotel for me needs to stay here once! I have stayed here once before and it's no better than the first time. There are bed bugs number one! Carpet is...

We planned a weekend to go to the Gilroy Garlic Festival. Thought we would find a motel close to Gilroy...we new how expeniseve it would be this past weekend. We found this hotel on line and I booked through hotels.com. It cost us $99.99 per night..OMG..Now if you pay $100.00 per night to stay anywhere it better be worth the...

I attended a wedding in Hollister and needed a place to stay nearby. Selection is limited in Hollister, but the Hollister Inn exceeded expectations. Most inns/motels from this era have very thin walls and staying there is not unlike dormitory life. This one's different. It was quiet and very clean, the A/C is more than adequate, and the staff are...

I appreciated that they allowed pets and only charged $10 per pet with no non-refundable deposit as many hotels do. The room was a little dingy. It did not have a very clean feeling but I brought my own sheets. No bed-bugs to speak of but carpet and bed felt kind of worn out and icky. There was no stopper...

We booked this hotel because it is sort of the closest town near the Pinnacles National Park. The inn is run by a very friendly Indian family. They offer european style breakfast and it is free!! However, there is only one table to sit down and eat in front of the counter. Well, you can always take the breakfast to...
