We spent 3 nights here while attending a family reunion nearby. Our room was quite small, but comfortable. There is no refrigerator. It had a nice patio overlooking the marsh. There is a wooden walkway out to a former hunting blind on the water, now equipped with a bench to sit and enjoy the view and the birds. The lodge...

This place was great! Located between Pt. Reyes and Inverness, it overlooks tidal marshes and has very nice landscaping. A quite nice great room with fire place and billiards table make a cosy addition to the rooms. The room we stayed in was an upgrade. We looked at the originally booked room and it, too, was quite nice, although not...

GREAT place! My three stars is all related to our neighbors. Everyone was either absent from their decks or very quite - our neighbors - not so much - they had a loud voice and sat on the deck from 6am to 10pm. Professing about life and god knows what else - it got very old. So needless to say...

My husband and I had such a great experience here. Shannon was nothing but wonderful and friendly with great information on things to do, places to go. She printed out a menu from a restaurant for us, although we ended up getting food at the market down the street and eating in the main room by the fire and drinking...

Inverness? Or Motel? This is a wonderful place and they owners are very service oriented. If you want to be in Inverness, close to the Bay, and not far from beaches, lighthouse, park and other outdoor activities than this is a very reasonable place to stay. If you fixate on 'motel' then you will notice small rooms, upgraded bathroom/shower (small)...

We stayed here recently on a quick overnight trip to Point Reyes National Seashore. It is well located for visiting the seashore and the Tomales Bay area. Service was excellent, staff was very helpful. Three high points I will list. The Lodge room is excellent and roomy with good views of the bay. There is usually a fire in the...

This facility feels more like a lodge than simply a motel. It's located directly on Tomales Bay and is minutes from Point Reyes headlands, Drake's Beach, the lighthouse, Point Reyes Station and frequent wildlife encounter opportunities. Lynn and Shannon make sure that your needs are met and spare no opportunities to make sure your visit is pleasant.

Lodge room has fabulous views of the marsh with abundant wildlife. Hummingbirds constantly at the feeder on the large deck, and lots of ducks and egrets in the marsh. Room was small but comfortable and clean. Be warned when trying to find the Inn, GPS signal was lost long before I got there. Bring a map! The office is generally...

There were renovations going on at the motel itself, so the proprietor upgraded us to the rental house, SO nice. The house has every modern amenity you could want, and looks like it was done by an upscale interior decorator. Lots of space indoors and out, views amazing. Location great for exploring the area. This is a great deal for...

Rooms are small; but you are able to use the Lodge Great Room at any time of day, where you can sit by the fire or watch the birds out the window facing the bay. There is a catwalk where you can walk over the marsh and enjoy the wildlife for hours. Great views throughout the motel. Rooms have a...
