Horrible owner and Front Desk Lady! Horrible Hotel! Not sure how they are still in business. Booked but didn't stay the night. I'd rather they keep my $ than having to stay at this horrendous place. Filthy and they treat their guest like trash. DO NOT STAY OR GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

Actually could not stay here. I tried shortening the trip because the hotel did not look very sanitary, the hotel owner Vic was not wearing a mask the entire time I spoke with him. After trying to ask if I can shorten the stay he proceeded to badmouth Booking.com and say he could have if I booked directly with the hotel. He actually even questioned my intelligence because I hadn’t found his hotel online and booked directly instead of using booking.com. He got really aggressive and called me a cheap piece of sh** for booking a non refundable room which was apparently cheaper then he called me an a**hole because I didn’t think he was being reasonable. The whole situation escalated really quickly and at the end of the day I had to leave right away I didn’t feel safe at all for me and my girlfriend to stay there. This guy Vic who claims to be the owner needs some anger management.

Definitely a lot cleaner than the historic and updated hotels in the area. The staff was excellent and worked with me on the price since the website was wrong. I highly recommend staying here. The only down fall is that it’s not in walking distance of either of the nearby towns but still a great place to stay not to far of a drive.

We only stayed one night, so can't judge room service. The room was overall clean when we checked in, except for a used mask on one of the hangers. Desk service was efficient. Overall, it met our expectations.

The staff were ok, not real friendly but they accommodated my need for first floor due to broken ankle, room was very clean and nice but the noise level was crazy. All rms booked but even at 11pm, so much noise. Hard to sleep.
