Fort Ross Lodge management not friendly at all, find another hotel\lodge around for half a price with better conditions and nice attitude. We have arrived 2 hours before official check in and were told rooms is not ready (no problem). After sitting for 2 hours in front of the room (nobody got in for cleaning) we took a key from...

We have had several changes at our lodge since 2013 and are very confident that our staff provides excellent customer service to all of our guests. We look forward to having you as our...

The Fort Ross Lodge is perfect for a romantic overnight getaway. We stayed in room #5 with a king bed, wood-burning fireplace and private hot tub. It is clean, cozy, and perfect for a night away. Also, I mentioned to the managers that it was my husband's birthday and they decorated the room with "Happy Birthday" signs and included a...

The couple who ran this lodge were so kind and friendly, but it just was not what we expected. We anticipated a view with an outdoor hot tub. There was no view, even if we tried walking the overgrown path toward the bluff. Maybe it was just our room, but we did not have a great view. The room was...

I liked the pictures before we came to stay, but the reality is so much better! The room we had was such a nice change from a "motel"- Innkeepers Chris and Melissa go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The room had everything we needed- big plush towels, besides two bath sheets for the using...

Spacious clean rooms with thoughtful little touches, ambiance galore, wood fireplace, deep tubs, patio/BBQ. DO take the time to walk out to he end of the bluff up and front with the Pacific Ocean. There is a public hot tub (and some private with room ) as well as a lovely green room to relax, read or meet extra guests...

I had a perfect stay was at Fort Ross Lodge! I've stayed at several places around Jenner and Russian River, and was expecting something fine, perhaps a bit depressing, but with a great location. But it was so much better than that! Extremely comfortable and large bed, beautiful fireplace, incredible views, and very friendly staff from reservation to check in/out....

My son was at Fort Ross for an overnight school trip in November. I stayed at the Lodge for two nights and it was great! Amazing views and fantastic service! It was cozy, clean, and I loved how secluded it felt. The BBQ on my private deck was a nice touch, especially because there aren't any restaurants close by! Perfect...

On a business trip to Northern California, my wife and I decided to stop at Fort Ross State Park to check out the old Russian encampment. We chose to stay at Fort Ross Lodge because of the unique proximity and online reviews. This has got to be the closest accommodations, being less than 2 miles from the Fort. The place...

Awesome awesome awesome place. Very peaceful and quiet for those who need to get away from it all. I'm currently taking a dip in the hot tub and loving the view out over the coastal pacific cliffs. I can't say it enough, whenever I'm back out on the 1, I'll be takin a rest at Fort Ross Lodge.

The room was beautiful and spacious and the view was terrific! It felt very private. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way, and they even helped us with car problems -- they went above and beyond the call of duty! And there were delicious muffins for breakfast!
