Our Lazy Daze RV Club enjoy Butterfield Ranch and we stay here sometimes twice a year for 4/5 day stays. Shiela, the campground host is friendly, helpful and a pure joy to be around. She took a group of our RV club members on a easy hike in the mountains and she educated us on the history of the Kumeyaay...

We tent camped with 3 other families. The kids rode bikes, hiked and had a great time. Staff is friendly and helpful. Church services are available on Sundays close by.

My husband and I, along with three other families, all had a great time during our weekend at Butterfield Ranch. Some of us tent camped and others brought their camper and RV. There were several kids of all ages among the group, and each of them seemed to enjoy themselves. We liked that there wasn't a lot of activity or...

we have found a great place to camp, Butterfield Ranch Resort RV Campground. We camped in our motorhome two times now, and both were excellent! The beauty & serenity are so relaxing. You can have as much serenity or activeness as you like. The facilities are very clean and well taken care of. The hot tubs are perfect. There is...

The Butterfield Ranch Resort is tucked away in a valley between Mt. Laguna and Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. If you are looking for night-life and entertainment, you are better off going to Las Vegas. Buttefield is about nature, about solitude, about seeing amazing starry skies at nights and pointing out constellations to your kids that you wouldn't see on the...

If you are looking for a convenient, friendly place to camp with your horse, Butterfield Ranch Resort is the place for you. The facilities are very nice, with everything from dry tent camping, to full hookup rv sites, nicely appointed cabins and even mobile homes for rent. The staff is very friendly, and the place is very well maintained, from...

We went out with a group of friends over Thanksgiving and had a great time. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, the showers and restrooms were maintained properly. They offered entertainment in the evenings, movies or an entertainer, during the day a guided walk to a nearby point of interest. Butterfield is a nice place to get away to.

We were looking for a close inexpensive family getaway for the Thanksgiving weekend (we live in the north San Diego area). The price was reasonable and they allowed dogs which is always important for us since we own two dogs and like to take them with us. Yes, it is an RV park, and yes they are close together with...

This place is so not what is advertised on the website. They call this place an RV Resort HA! That is laughable. The lady who runs the place Sheila is very, very nice. But the "amenities" she mentioned were non-existent. She told me it was a "family-oriented" place. Umm, there is nothing to do there. This place is located on...

Most all the guests we have had out here love it, no kidding, they come back time after time. I'm sorry you didn't have a good time here at the ranch. I would have rather given your money back then to have you so disappointed. Park Manager
