This hotel is probably only used when hotels in town are full. For $150 it is outrageously overpriced. The walls are scuffed and dirty
(See picture) and I refused to take a bath in the tub (again..see picture). Will never stay here again.
We spent a night there a couple weeks ago with our car club. Charlie and Jaime (owners) made us feel welcome and worked really hard to accommodate our needs. About 3 miles from Julian downtown proper, large asphalt parking lot. We will return.

Yes, it's a bit run down. But it's clean, has a pool and a great location. We chose these accommodations because we have 2 dogs and 1 is older and has a hard time with stairs. You can get a nice room in town but...More
