The photos on the internet looked great but I wouldn't go back. It was the roughest road to get to the hotel. At first glance it was disappointing. The building is shoddy, the rooms are small, the PowerPoint was coming out of the wall. The beach is filthy, rubbish and dog poo everywhere.. The staff are friendly but the service... More

We had the most amazing time staying at the Seabreeze over Xmas and New Year. One of the best holidays I have ever had. The staff are wonderful, you get to know them all by name, we felt so comfortable and relaxed here and nothing was too much trouble for them. Independence beach across the road was perfect, the family... More

Great location if you want a quiet beach. Nothing else close. $3 each way by Tuk Tuk to town. First room AC not working and room was very dated, we were moved to a nicer room. Bed very hard. Excellent staff. Restaurant good food, big portions, good value. Nice plantings and seating on balconies. Nice view, very quiet, weak but... More

After two hot nights in a guest house on Serendipity Beach, I escaped to the Seabreeze! Independence Beach is a quiet, oftentimes nearly deserted beach, excellent for swimming. I ate spicy papaya salad from the single food vendor and lounged in the hammocks by day, watching local fishermen and women throwing their nets and digging for crabs. The Seabreeze offered... More

This is a really nice place to stay in Sihanoukville. The rooms are nice, all you need, with AC, hot shower, TV and they are clean. The location is further out but it's way better than many of the other guesthouses nearer to town. The staff was really nice and friendly and we loved the beach and seafood:-) Overall, we... More

We stayed at Seabreeze for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The highlight was the very friendly staff and the owners, who made every effort to make you feel at home. And home was what it felt like. We felt like we were part of an extended family! The Khmer boys are absolutely so accommodating and helpful, and speak good... More

Helpful friendly staff. Large rooms. Quiet location right beside Indepedence beach. Free wi-fi. If you are looking to be by the beach but away from the crowds/hustle then this is the place to come - if you are looking for a place to party then go to Serendipity beach. We really enjoyed the peace & quiet and fantastic sunsets. They... More

Delightful, friendly and very cheerful staff go out of their way to make you enjoy your holidays. The owners Robbie and Lu have created a warm friendly family atmosphere, where you can really relax. All rooms are large and clean, and the beds were just furnished with new matresses upon our arrival mid December 2009. A short walk to the... More

The rooms were huge and they have ok wooden furniture. The driver of the van was super nice and helpful and speaks really good English plus the guy at the reception desk is also nice and friendly. The biggest disappointment was the bathroom with its stinky water and COCKROACHES!!!!
