If you want to stay in the middle of a building site that start banging hammers at 6.30am then this is the place for you! The pool and restaurant is great as is the manager of this, but the big manager of hotel does not care about guests or surrounding hotels! They wake you up at 6.30 work for a...

I always like to stay at Victory hill. Yes the nice beach is a steep walk down and for the same reason not crowded or noisy. Harbor Lights with a good view on top of the hill is comfortably breezy and quiet - even though the nightlife-area with many open bars and restaurants of every origin are only a couple...

Place is great! We are staying in off season (3 or 4 nights) so the room might be a little more in high season but it is a great price for the size of room, cleanliness and pool amenity. Not only that but the view is excellent, the patio is huge and the place is quite. Staff is nice and...

We only booked one night at the Harbour Lights Palace Boutique hotel because we needed to be around to catch an early boat to Koh Rong Samloem the following morning and we were glad that we weren’t staying longer. We had done a little research before choosing the hotel but it wasn’t what we expected. In terms of location it’s...

I stayed at the Harbor Lights for only two nights. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and welcoming. My room was quiet and spacious with a very large bathroom and balcony as well. The rooms appeared clean and the included breakfast was good in terms of both quality and portion size. The location is somewhat remote, if you're...

We got a taxi to this hotel after a long trip from Siem reap ...and the hotel staff directed the driver by phone easy as. The hotel is in victory hill, which is a bit away 'from it all' BUT a well run place, with a decent breaky eggs bacon, toast and jam, coffee thrown in. We booked via agoda...

Love,y hotel with very friendly staff - great rooms with lovely balcony - linen change every day - nothing too much trouble - good size pool and nice breakfast . Maybe not in the best location in SIhanoukville but the room rate reflects that fact - 10 mins by Tuk Tuk and you can be anywhere . Whatever the shortfalls...

Recently upgrade of the room, Tepisey the new manager do all possible to create a such romantic ambiance. The bath are new and fresh flowers give a permanent nice feeling in the room. The restaurant was closed for renovation, so we had breakfast in the place nearby. The pool is clean and giant. The sunset view is magic.

We were there 2 weeks ago and had a pretty bad experience overall and finally stay one night only over the 5 we previously booked. Unfriendly French manager not even saying hi to new arriving guests but staring at them without helping when rooms presented issues that were raised politely to staff. Did not even bother to ask why we...
