The rooms were clean & spacious! With a lovely bathroom! We had a sea view room but this meant it was very noisy at night with the music from the beach bars! The air con didn't work when you left the room so was really hot as soon as u returned! Our fridge didn't work at all! The maids were... More

I stayed here 8 nights in March 2015 with my friends. Rooms are spacious and clean, but area is quite busy and noisy especially at night, with non stop music coming from beach bars. This is more like upper class guest house, rather than 4 star hotel as they advertise, and certainly not resort. There is no restaurant in the... More

It is annoying to not be able to have the AC on when you out of your room so it is nice and cool when you come back. Fridge only work when you are in your room as well so your drinks take time to get cool. They could also clean behind the desk as there has been a few... More

Great location to a lot of food and it's right next to the main beach. So many restaurants to choose from close by! Staff is helpful. Very spacious room and bathroom (which included a shower and a separate tub). Nice to sit out on the balcony overlooking the large pool. Beach towels provided withy your room. A few downsides... Stayed here for 2 nights and I must say I was very impressed with this hotel from its nice and modern rooms which were spacious and very comfortable to its great location so close to the beach and many restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly and nice, the pool was the highlight for me so big and many chairs to... More

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for five (5) nights in a sea view room and loved every minute of it. For $55 Australian dollars you get a large room with all the facilities you need. Housekeeping is super efficient, and the view was excellent, looking across to the islands, and down to the beachside bars and cafes.... More

The hotel is located in a very convenient spot, just 50 meters to the pier, the pubs and beaches. The rooms are are dark due to dark colours for the furniture and bathroom tiles. But each single bed are placed with 2 pillows by default. A nice touch. Local cell network is usually blocked in the ground floor rooms and... More

The location of the property is great and right on the beach or a stones throw. We had a room on the back side over looking the pool, we did not really need the view as we would not be spending much time in the hotel. The room was great , amazing and big with a great bathroom. Tv had... More

After moving around 3 countries every few days over a month, we wanted to treat ourselves. So we booked a 3 night stay at serendipity. After being on a budget for the previous Month this was pure luxury for us simply for the fact we had a bathroom to our selves. Regardless the stay was worth every penny. Room cleaned... More

Rooms here are luxury by Cambodian standards, and not too badly priced either. Very nice bathroom, comfy bed, A/C room, television with many channels, private balcony, and access to a large swimming pool. Just a few steps away from Serendipity Beach!!
