This place has an awesome staffs, helpful, good restaurant next door to accommodation but I would like to express the room just simple layout and some mosquitos disturbed me most of nights there. We can't recommend this place to anyone.

Shower ,had no pressure....toilet first room there was a wire you needed to pull to make the toilet flush...second room you had to reach in and pull the chain to get toilet to flush...sink in bathroom ,when you turned on the water it ran out on to the floor...noise rundown...had to go to front desk and ask for towels

If I could rate this zero stars I would. Going by the hotels location you would think you've hit the jackpot with getting this place so cheap but please read this review before you book. This is not a proper hotel, it is a quick stop for men of a particular age with usually Asian girls. I honestly cannot believe...

Stay 3 nights in bungalow. 15$/night for 2 people. +) Towels included. Good location. 200m from the beach, quietly. Air conditioning -) Without hot water, weak WiFi, sometimes doesn't work. I think it's too expensive like many things in this city. Generally I don't recommend this city if you saw beaches in Thailand or even on Goa in India.

Stopped after a long day o.f traveling on the bus. First night was 20 dollars, but the price went up each day after due to the holiday. However, the guesthouse is located right around the corner from the beach. A great location for the crazy busy nights during the holiday. Room was nice and clean. The manager was great and...

A big thank yo to Reception staff who try hard, but a general atmosphere of disinterest and disrepair. None of Sihanoukeville's 4 properties seem to be adequately run. It is a pity, because at least at the time of construction, it looks like they were trying to doing something really nice.

We got dropped here by tuk tuk after a day of travelling. The guesthouse is 'OK' we stayed upstairs which was $18 a night. The room is very basic, no fridge or safe. The duvet is a blanket full of dust and the sheets were stained. The shower was a dribble of water and you could barely wash in it!...

We stayed at GBT4 on Jul, 08, 2016. The rooms are quite dirty and the hotel public areas are clumsy, quite noisy in the morning. Bad and expensive services at the hotel's restaurant. Even the hotel is located near the sea but abit far away from the beach center where there are restaurants and bars.
