On arrival the rooms were not ready even though it was after the check in time. The service was poor and the whole place smelt of cigarette smoke. There are signs indicating no smoking in the foyer but there are ashtrays right below them! It concerned me that there were no smoke alarms in the rooms. The rooms were nice...

We were on our honeymoon and booked a sea view non smoking deluxe room, and were under the impression the rooms were adjacent to the sandy beach as there website says.. Note: it is not!! The rooms are across the road from the beach and are above the casino with little view of any kind of sea view... not only...

We spent a week here and enjoyed the relaxing beach. Rooms were good, wifi worked well, breakfast was excellent with a huge range. The bar mixologists were fun guys and made excellent cocktails. Eight ball table was good fun. The pool however was a bit slimy on the tiles, only swam in the sea. Overall a great location for a...

My wife and I planned to relax a few days in Sihanoukville over New Years to finish up our Asia adventure. We booked Queenco as we felt it offered the ability to relax on Victory Beach, as well as enjoy its different restaurants and casino. The hotel looks nice, and the staff are friendly, however that's where the positives end....

Not a hotel for backpackers or those who are travelling with a tight budget. The feel and look of the place seems worth the pricier rates vis-a-vis the usual budget hotels in Cambodia. The service is friendly and the food was nice. They also have a casino for those into it.

Queenco is expensive in my opium for what you get. Looking at the photo you will move than likely be in the tower block over the road from the beach and pool. A golf buggy will take you across the road if you don't want to walk. We have stayed in 6 hotels since landing at Bangkok and although this...

We had a wonderful week at Queenco. It is right on the beach and has some lovely in house places to dine. The coffee from the cafe is lovely and the sushi from the Japanese restaurant is delicious. Our favourite was the food and cocktails from Bago. The mixologists Makara and Phensue made some amazing cocktails and were very friendly....
