I did not stay here but went nearly every morning for my English breakfast. Jeff cooks from 7am. I tried a couple of other places but found breakfast here was the best. Facing right on to the main road you get to people watch as you enjoy your meal.

If you're looking for somewhere reasonably priced - $8 to $15 a night All Nations is ok. There is an outstanding view from the rear balconies overlooking Kampong Som. Rooms are tidy and clean. All day kitchen is open from 7:00 am to 9:00 at night. The food is very good and very reasonably priced. Service is friendly. .... but...

Stayed here recently and want to advise people to avoid this place. Seemed to be a lot of drunks sitting around in the 24 hour bar and the staff are lazy and rude. The rooms are pretty bad as well with lights, locks and TVs not working. Plenty of better places to stay .. give this one a miss.

The All Nations Guesthouse is located on Victory Hill 15-20 minutes walk from Victory Beach but only 5-10 minutes from all the Restaurants and Bar area. The rooms $6-8 have fan, wifi, en-suite and cable tv and the guesthouse has a bar, tv and pool table with great sea views from the balcony terraces.

This guesthouse is located in what we have discovered to be the red light area of Sihanoukville. At first the place looked fine with all the services you need (wifi, tv, electricity, ensuite toilet, etc.). Having a better look at the room, curtains and bed sheets have cigarettes holes everywhere. My partner also spotted some bugs on the bed and...

This place is situated on the back road of Victory hill. On top of the hill the balcony has great views of the ocean and a cool sea breeze making AC not necessary. We stayed in the $5 rooms which have fan, tv, cold water and no windows. This makes the room very stuffy unless you leave the door open....

Arrived at the Sihanoukville bus station and managed to swat off the crazy tuk-tuk drivers offering us a ride. We turned right out of the bus station and after a short (but hilly) walk we arrived at Victory Hill. We found All Nations to be the best price and the rooms were basic but clean. Soap, toothbrush, toilet paper and...

I stayed 2 nights there and the value is really good. $5 for a clean fan room with ensuite bathroom. The Australian owner is up all night so you can grab a drink at their bar 24/7. There are also rooms for $15 with ac available. I recommend the guesthouse for everybody on a low budget.
