Very good rooms and service. Go for tooms 404, 405, 406, 407, 408 n 409 for sea views and balcony in passage. Staff is courteous. Most of them don't speak English, but whenever we had question they used find someone who can speak English. When we told them we are vegetarians, they served us veg fried rice without egg on... Great location, just off the beach but away from any noise. Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. Good first impression, smooth check in. Room was smartly decorated, very clean and air conditioning worked well. bed was comfortable. There was a separate small room with a dining table and kettle in. Good shower and decent lighting in the bathroom.... More

Only stayed for one night but everything was good. It is a large hotel in quite a good location, short walk to the beach, maybe 4 mins. The safe in the room wasn't working which was a slight annoyance but the ac was good although the wifi was really terrible!!

We stayed here for a week. Found the staff very friendly in all areas. Felt the casino staff a bit the less friendly. The pool was never busy and could use it til 10 at night if you wanted. Towels for pool available. Breakfast does not cater for westerners which seems to be general in Asia from our experience so... More

Stayed for 5 nights, checked out this morning 5 Feb. Had a pool view room which was very nice but there was no cupboard space. Safe was on the floor in the bottom of wardrobe, very awkward if you have bad knees. Breakfast was awful. 3 days no orange juice, same items every day. We paid $85 per night, perhaps... More

Bao Mai Resort and Casino is a good place to take a rest for awhile, no stress, and to feel that you look like a both home and vacation and feel the pleasure as VIP. Good for groups and very peaceful place and good casino ambiance.

My title says most of it. Realize the main focus of this hotel has become their casino and the type of people that attracts may not be your typical beach holiday tourists. (See my photo of the sign at the front entry.) A drunk woman came out of the casino and into the reception area in a tirade while we... More

I stayed here for two nights while doing a tour with Intrepid. It was the best hotel on the tour! It was well located and we could walk to the beach or to the spa. The beach nearby had a lot of locals begging for money so I spent most of my time here poolside. The food was decent priced... More

I stayed here with a friend for two nights in January 2015, as we were travelling with a group, the hotel was already decided. The location was very good, walking to the beach only took a few minutes. Our room was nice but hot, and the view outside our windows was a noisy construction site. The staff were very friendly,...
