I stayed here with a friend for two nights in January 2015, as we were travelling with a group, the hotel was already decided. The location was very good, walking to the beach only took a few minutes. Our room was nice but hot, and the view outside our windows was a noisy construction site. The staff were very friendly,...

From the moment we entered we were given a warm welcome by the professional reception Staff . We were then given a refreshing cold drink and cold towel . Our room was not ready until 14:00 but we expected that as we had read about the hotel policy before booking . When we went to check in we were told...

This was our second year in a row staying at this hotel. We had booked directly as we were returning guests. Not once were we told that the hotel was having renovations, nor were we told that the hotel no longer accepted credit card payments and they asked for a large USD holding deposit even though we paid in full...

We stayed here for 5 nights and we got of to a troublesome start as we had to change rooms because the toilet was broken in room 1. Besides this we were quite content. Nice clean rooms facing the pool, and since they also run an internet casino the wifi connection even allowed streaming (not common in Asia at all)....

When we arrived at the hotel the reception area was a building site. It appeared the lobby, restaurant and other common areas were under significant renovation. There was little or no signage to indicate which way we should enter the building and the staff at the reception desk were not very helpful or apologetic for the mess. The first impression...

I stayed 4 nights at this hotel (still named Seaside Hotel). The hotel is still under renovation at the old building, front side of the hotel. Poor first impression as when I arrived, the lobby was full of dust (we were about to leave the hotel as we had small children travelling with us). We booked 4 rooms and asked...

Booked for two days. Professional staff, courteous and personable. Rooms and common areas just great. No complaints! There was some construction going on but I didn't hear it from my room in the back. I booked on the internet. Best value I have had in S-ville during the last 15 years!

We bagged a ground floor room - the joy! The rooms are big and comfortable, and there is WiFi just about everywhere. Breakfast is copious, and included in the price. The hotel is a stone's throw from the beach, and on a busy main road, with tuk-tuks to hand. We didn't experience the noise of construction works that other commentors...
