Great location in the Lodi wine area or as a stop to/from the bay area. Park is clean, well maintained, level concrete pads, with a nice pool, and friendly office staff. BUT wifi connection only works if you go in the office bldg.

We arrived & were placed on a site that we had to drive on & park from a narrow road, thank goodness we have a motorhome with tag axle ultra steer, a very crowded site for our Motorhome with 3 Slide outs...not a big rig site for sure. (Ad says "big rigs") Our satelitte did not work well, so we...

This park is trying to hard to maintain the illusion of quality. That illusion falls completely apart should you decide to stay long term. The area for long term stays is terrible. From stacks of boxes piled up outside, trash, feral cats, rvs that look like they should be in a landfill. Dogs not on leashes. You don't have to...

This was a a very nice, clean park.......BUT in 2016 people must have WIFI. There is wifi in the park but VERY poor & quite often unable to get on. We do some of our business needs on the internet & we cannot afford to be down. We will not stay here again unfortunately..........unless wifi is improved.

If it were not for a great staff I would rate this park a 3 due to the poor, unusable, Wi-Fi. First the good. This a newer park and well maintained. Each site I saw had trees and a picnic table. The roads are paved and the sites are level concrete. The one restroom I saw was clean. The sites...

We've stayed here a few times and it's consistently very good . Well maintained park overall . Friendly staff , very clean facilities and convenient . It's a good value for the area and sites are paved with ample space . Not atmospheric but we rate cleanliness , quiet surroundings, and good maintenance high on our list . Will stay...

This park looks like if CA was not in a severe draught, it has the potential to be a premier park. The landscaping is not, but then when you have no water it is hard to keep things nice, green and landscaped. The location is ideal. Right off I-5, fuel and food readily available. Even an RV dealer just a...

Paid $27 with PA. Don't think it's worth $54 but it is a nice Park. Spacious. Nice pool. Concrete pad long enough for tow vehicle. Cable good. Wifi nonexistent. Walking distance to Carl's Jr. Also, Arby's and Denny's are within walking distance but you have to cross a busy road.

I am a "Winer". I stayed by chance at this RV park. For being just off I-5 it was a beautiful, obviously well cared for and well-planned park. The traffic was muted to just background noise. There is a small shop/office that has free Starbucks coffee which is my second choice next to wine. I wished I had had a...
