I usually don't write bad reviews on Marriott hotels because of brand loyalty. But this one made such a bad impression, I have to warn others. I had an important business meeting the next morning, but could not get to sleep because of slamming doors until 11pm. I finally fell asleep and the fire alarm went off at 2am. So...

The rooms are nice and the beds were extremely comfy. The Starbucks/bistro on the 2nd floor was a great amenity considering the closest of any type of establishment for food or drink is a grocery store across the road or a few blocks up the road at the Westfield Century Center. If you have a room next to the street...

Great service, Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Hotel is right next to busy street so you can hear cars passing. Close to UCLA and also quick to Rodeo drive for fun! It does require valet and parking fee of $22, just an FYI. Thank you!

I have to give a shout out to Tyrone, the manager of the property, who went out of his way for me on a recent stay. He went way beyond what was needed and I am grateful for his help. There are not enough people like this!

By odd I mean that many of the balconies and "private" patios are not private - they are contiguous with common areas. There is no pool, just a hot tub - where the smoking area is located. There is an un-conditioned gym which was fine in winter but I can see it being uncomfortable in the summer.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Our hotel was initially built as a boutique hotel. Offering small areas to relax while visiting the Century City/Beverly Hills area. It is a Marriott standard to only offer a smoke free environment. Our location offer some of the best weather in Southern California. During the summer months our guests enjoy opening...

When visiting family in LA, this is our favorite property. The design of the property with the functional vehicle entrance and associated valet team, makes for an effortless check-in experience. It is very clean, provides a great location, has comfortable rooms and beds and the staff is helpful and friendly. The valets have been there for years and we cannot...

Very clean and well kept. Good location and nice coffee shop. Parking is convenient and the best part was great front desk service! The cookies were good and everything was solid. We'll definitely stay there again.

If I could choose less than one star, I would. This was the most disgusting room I've ever had the misfortune to stay in. My daughter was having surgery nearby so we booked this hotel as it was close to the hospital. She had the bedroom and I took the sofa bed....never sleep in their sofa bed!! The sofa bed...

This is a nice, comfortable hotel that is walking distance to Westfield Century City. It is a short drive to area attractions. The customer service is good and compared to the Hilton/ Intercontinental, etc. it is a good price for the area. My only complaint was that the parking was only valet and was not included in the price of...

Stayed here for several nights while in town for business at UCLA. The hotel is fairly average for a Courtyard. The property is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. My room was spacious and quiet, despite being on a busy street. Staff were excellent; we were always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. Valets always retrieved our...
