This hotel certainly makes a nice change from the normal blocky chain hotels. We had a suite on the garden side of the hotel on the top floor. It was quite a maze finding the room and there were a lot of steps to climb, fortunately we are reasonably fit. It is in a nice neighbourhood and we could walk...

This charming place is located near all the "glitz" of Beverly Hills, but is thankfully outside all the hubbub. It has the ambiance of another era, 1960's Miami Beach, perhaps, and that makes it distinctive and comfortable. The staff could not have been nicer and were very attentive. The room, though a bit dark, had everything you could need. The...

On 2/8/17 my mom Angela and I were on vacation and went to this hotel for the first time. When we arrived it was raining a lot outside and we came in to a very rude, uncaring, and disinterested atmosphere and lobby employees. We asked the front desk employee if we could get in a little bit earlier, as the...

I booked through Hotels Tonight when I was in LA and the Plaza popped up with a good rate and good reviews. They upgraded me at checkin and the room was spacious and clean. The rooms surround a lovely pool area. The room decor is a bit plain but it's well maintained. I had a nice breakfast in their small...

This great Hotel is only a 15 minutes Walk away from the Rodeo Drive. The rooms are very huge and you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. Especially the Pool and the little warmed Pools are amazing. Also the Breakfast is great, served in a little Bar next to the Entrance where you feel like you are back...

It was 1985 when I first stayed here, and except for much of the design and a few of the staff almost nothing has changed. Certainly not the feel and atmosphere of this hotel, which more resembles the apartment residence it once was. Many of the staff, all around the hotel, from the front desk to the restaurant and bar,...

I travel all over the US for work (~100 hotel stays this year), and I would've much rather been in a poorly managed holiday inn than this place. How this is rated at more than a 2 star hotel is completely beyond me. Within 5 minutes of my arrival, I understood why this hotel was one of the few hotels...

I'm sorry to see that you had such a rough time on your check in. However, it seems that most of your problems started with the stairs to your room. Whether you made the reservation through an online website or directly with the hotel we specify on the room description about our Junior, Executive & Deluxe Suites being stair accessible...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel two months ago. The lobby is a dream and the rooms and very nice. We also had our own kitchnette in case we wanted to self-caterer even though we never used it, it was great to have this option. The hotel also has a very secure parking lot with...

This is a really nice hotel, with an attractive design. The only thing you should know in advance is that a couple of floors are not accessible by elevator, but involve walking through the small central area and climbing up to 4 flights of stairs, which may not suit everyone. We managed OK but we did ask to be moved...

We only spent 1 evening at the hotel and we doing the room lovely. The soaking tub and rain shower was amazing. The check in was annoying. Saminice, I'm sorry for the confusion about the check-in -- it sounds like there was some miscommunication before your arrival, and I apologize for that. However, I hope the rest of your evening with us was fantastic, and we hope you'll stay with us again next time you're in town. Sincerely, Sai Yang - Director of Sales and Reservations
