The facilities are amazing! The bathroom is really clean and tidy. The couple that own this place are really lovely. We had been messed around a little with our travel bookings (not by them) and I was overwhelmed, exhausted and frustrated by the time we checked in. They were so lovely and patient. He helped us get into our spot...

Not quite in the advertised location, but friendly service, clean amenities, and a nice quiet Park. The staff at the park helped us to park the Rv and connected all utilities for us. We arrived quite late at night and appreciated this help.

We feel privileged to have experienced this RV park so centrally located to so many of LA's great sights, especially both Getty Museums and Santa Monica. It has a very 1950s feel, in a good, slightly faded, friendly way. The owner Steve, who attaches your trailer to his forklift to maneuver into the cozy sites, is the best for customer...

Having spent one night in another RV park at the beach, this was a real refreshing experience. Spacious park, very friendly staff and clean restrooms. You have full hook up and there is always someone to help - even if you dont ask. The park is next to a studio, owners will share stories of the film industry:)

Stayed here beginning of October. An excellent location and really well managed. Its a perfect location for enjoying Universal Studios and Hollywood. A short Uber trip. The park was quiet and facilities clean. Steve is the friendliest host we have met yet.

Well, kept with nice staff and residents. Small streets require them to position your unit for you with a tow motor, but they are quite expert at doing so. No pool. They do have a gym and cheap, clean laundry. One dog walk in the back of the park. It's small but serves its purpose. They use recycled AstroTurf to...

I live in my fifth wheel full time and wanted to get into this park since it's close to work. It took me a few months but I ended up getting a great spot! The staff, from the owner down are helpful, friendly and easily accessible. The park sponsors some great events when residents attend they are friendly and approachable....

In my opinion, this is a great city RV park. We stayed here for 3 nights and it cost much less than one night in a LA hotel. I thought the bathrooms were clean and grounds well maintained. It's a city RV park and there is not a lot of room between you and your neighbor. It was remarkably quiet...

Balboa/Hollywood RV Park. Loved this Park. The owner immediately greeted us, gave us a wonderful golf cart your. As we drove, the owner chose the best parking spot for us, identified all of the amenities and even hooked us up to the services at our spot (1st Valet Park). Finally, the park is located right in the middle of Van...

We stayed their for 3 nights. The staff was very nice and helpful and gave us useful tips about LA. The bathrooms were clean. We felt safe at the RV park. Pretty expensive park but not that far away from Universal Studios and Hollywood.

Thank Astrid N
