The hotel is beautiful but close to it there is only a shopping centre and a Starbucks at 500 metres. The neighborhood of Beverly Hills is at about 15 minutes by car from the hotel. The location doesn't meet my expectations in fact also The Universal Studios and Venice beach are far. Los Angeles is a really big city and...

Just enjoyed a 5-night stay here. Rooms feature balconies, as well as seperate bath and shower- love it! Friendly service, fast valet, and cozy bar for a nightcap. Room was sparkling clean every day and beds were soooo comfortable. Thank you!

From the moment you walk in the lobby you know this hotel has style. The attentive service from the reception area and concierge makes a warm welcome. Rooms are well equipped and most have excellent views over LA or Fox Studios. Breakfast is one of the best we have had in the Intercontinental chain, with everything ranging from Smoked Salmon...

Visited this hotel on a recent business trip and stayed 2 nights. Liked the spacious room (I had a small suite with two separate areas and a big bathroom), the location and the customer service. Staff was helpful, smiling and they cared (on their own initiative they delivered a power plug adapter which they found several hour after informing me...

Nice hotel that has a few quirks - valet parking only and nothing happening in direct vicinity of hotel in Century City.. But a close drive to Beverly Hills, Hollywood etc. Suite was decent size with large bathroom (unimpressive shower) and 2 balconies but not much of a view (overlooking Fox studios). I ordered room service (good) so no real...

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights recently and were disappointed at the standard of the accommodation, bathroom and bedroom furniture were cracked and significantly chipped. We did mention this at reception and were advised that they were in the process of refurbishment, hardly much help to us. However be aware! If you are visiting in a vehicle, rented...

It was my worst intercontinental. 3* but not 4*. Receptionist during check in was unfriendly. Senior receptionist didn't understand difference between domestic and foreign credit cards. But hotel has good location to reach any city in l.a.

We stayed here for three nights as part of a four-centre package; you couldn't really ask for a better hotel, with top-notch facilities, friendly and helpful staff, and excellent (and reasonable) drinks and bar food. Yes, Century City is a bit away from Hollywood, Santa Monica, and other places, but then this is LA! Wherever you stay in that sprawling...

I really liked this hotel. We had a one bedroom suite and it was HUGE and beautiful. The only downside is it is pretty far away from the action of Hollywood. I really loved the pool area. It's a big pool with lots of lounge chairs and a hot tub. Although I would stay right downtown next time, I really...

Have staying in this hotel several times in the past and it never disappoints. Beds are super comfortable, rooms have spectacular views over Century City area. Great concierge service, we asked if a tour to The Getty was a good idea, concierge told us it was better to use car and travel independently. Best advice ever! Went to restaurant in...
