My son and I were visiting USC for a "Preview Day" for admitted students, and The Inn at 657 was a lovely change from a hotel. We stayed in Room D, so each of us had our own bedroom (with a private bath) which my son liked. The room's foyer had a desk and lamp, so I had a convenient...

What a treat! "Vintage L.A." charm in a lovely neighborhood. Patsy and Lisa went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The breakfasts were AMAZING! My room was quite comfortable. I am definitely going back.

This is a wonderful alternative to the big hotels near downtown LA, LA Live, and especially if you have a student at St Mary's or USC. The Inn is quaint, clean, comfortable, and well located with safe, off street (free) parking. The owners are attentive and friendly and breakfast is healthy and delicious. I highly recommend staying here.

I was so pleased to have a quick stay here after years ago loving the Inn at 657. It was still just as welcoming, relaxed, homey. Of the B&B, the B was good and the B was amazing. Yum. I didn’t need to rent a car—buses very close and Uber had me covered. An easy shot to downtown LA. USC...

A group of us stayed from March 29-April 2 to attend a science teacher conference at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The B&B is within easy walking distance to the convention center. There is also quick access to the cities transit system which was easy to use. Breakfast every morning was wonderful! The rooms were clean, charming and quiet! After...

My daughter and I were in the area for a campus tour of the University of Southern California (USC). We shared suite #D, which is a 2 bedroom suite with private bath. The B&B is owned by Patsy and she made us feel very welcome. The rooms are everything you'd expect in a bed & breakfast with antique furnishings and...

I loved the inn. Can't wait to stay again. Rooms were clean and tidy. The location was great, right near USC and our hosts were gracious and kind. Oh yeah....Wayne always provuded a breakfast that was DELICIOUS! It was very easy to get around and always easy to fing our way back to the inn.

Convenient location near USC. Clean rooms and great breakfast. If you are used to the Ritz-Carlton or ultra fancy BnBs this is not for you. But if you want a clean quiet room and a tasty breakfast this is for you.

Once we arrived at The Inn at 657, our goal was to park our car and use public transportation and for four days that is what we did. The Inn's location is close to the train (and therefore the subway), the (DASH) shuttle and to bus lines. One afternoon we went to Union Station, Olvera Street and from there to Dodger...

This inn is quite inviting. Nice outdoor appearance, inviting entrance/lounge, snack available (although limited in choice). Breakfast is offered at two different times to accommodate schedules and it's quite a tasty and filling breakfast. We've stayed here a couple of times now and would definitely return. Wifi is iffy, very slow, at least in the evenings when we were there....
