I was greeted by staff all the time. The concierge and doormen were very helpful with directions and complimentary transportation. The in-room dining was expensive and the room was updated yet felt tired.

We stayed for 3 nights during the week. Very friendly staff and great location in downtown. Make sure to walk Angels Flight down to Grand Central Market. Pool was nice but limited amount of sun due to location of buildings. Overall a great experience!

The Omni is central located while not being in a high traffic area. Easy to get in and out of. Close to restaurants and areas of interest. Including the Grand Central Market as well as museums, etc., Rooms were clean and staff was kind. Issue is onto of your room rate it will increase quite a bit with $45 a...

The hotel is in great location and the staff was very attentive during our stay. They even sent milk and cookies for our kids each night! The room was clean and the restaurants had wonderful service. The parking was a little costly, but its downtown LA!

Spent two nights last week following a cruise. Chose this Hotel from its good reviews and location. Although nowhere is perfect for LA sightseeing as the metropolis is so spread. Staff were all very friendly and helpful especially reception. Had one breakfast in the Grand Café but used Peet's the second day. The Plaza area directly off the second floor...

Had no idea this hotel next door to MOCA, Walt Disney Concert Hall and the soon to open Broad Museum. Excellent location except pool at hotel might be in shade based on tall buildings all around. I liked Peet's coffee to purchase at hotel but disappointed not to have coffee also available in room. Did enjoy beautiful lobby flowers and...

I needed to stay near Immigration office. Room was 245.00 for a normal room, 45.00 for overnight parking and ate in the Noe Restaurant-45.00 steak full of fat with a smear of potato mash and a roll. Would not stay here again.
