The staff at Sheraton Gateway are wonderful. I am kind of needy and all my big and little requests were met with good naturedly (is that a word?). The food service manager and staff were so accommodating of my extremely restricted diet during a 3 day conference. The manager and

There are certainly a lot of lodging options near LAX, but you really can’t go wrong with the Sheraton. I arrived late at night and was delighted to be upgraded to a suite overlooking the airport (on account of my Titanium Elite status). All of the staff with whom I interacted

My only complaint about this hotel is that I couldn't experience it longer lol. I stayed here on February 14th, 2019 to avoid fighting LA traffic to get to the airport Friday morning. With regards LAX access, you can't get any more convenient than this hotel. It is also close

We booked that hotel since we had a flight early morning, the self parking is a bit far, across the street from the hotel and it's around $17. We had a quick check in, our room was spacious and clean. They have a free shuttle to the airport.

Sorry for the delayed response! I believe they will accommodate you but I would call the hotel in advance just to make sure.

Yes, there are as already John said. It’s quite expensive so I decided to rent a car. It turned out to be the best idea ever. Extremely cheaper, independent and we saw everything we wanted to see.

They will need to look for signs, after they claim their baggage, that says Ground Transportation. Follow to ground transportation area and shuttle buses from the various surrounding hotels will stop to pick up passengers. They typically run every 15 minutes. Do not hesitate to contact hotel to let them know you are waiting.

I would imagine it wouldn't be a problem but a quick call to the hotel should confirm it for you

Good evening!!! My friends and I were FORCED to stay at this hotel. Our flight to Hawaii was cancelled and we decided to take the room instead of driving home to Hollywood for convenience. BIG BIG MISTAKE!!! While the rooms were clean and significantly maintained, there was no mini-bar. This is important because we could not stay in the lounge downstairs any longer due to the shady transvestite prostitutes coming in and out of the lobby front door. They seemed to circle the lounge and lobby area accompanied by equally shady men; only to leave through the front door and return a few minutes later. This happened several times while we were having our snacks and cocktails. Our bar experience was quite odd as well. When my friends asked for champagne other than what was on the menu: “give us the good stuff”, one of the lounge employees asked if we meant that we wanted cocaine. That comment came out of the blue and was extremely inappropriate!! As we made our way upstairs on the elevator, there were even more of our neighbors drinking from 7-11 cups. We could hear them making comments about how they avoided the 2nd and 10th floors; like they stayed here often. My imagination ran wild trying to figure out what may be happening on the 2nd and 10th floors?!? Refer back to the early reference to shady men and tranny hookers. Maybe I am being a bit dramatic, but it all felt very dodgy to me. I’m curious if the hotel General Manager is aware of what seems to be happening in his/her hotel?!?
I have stayed here aa few times and mini bars are each to their own i don't expect them i dont see them commonly and i travel A LOT each year internationally. Go to Vegas and see if you get a mini bar you dont even get as fridge little lone mini bar. I wasd there only 1 week a go and was in the bar and area and did not see any thing unusual or as you described and was there some time as nd late at night as i flew in very late from my previous destination. I feel your delay had you upset as anybody will understand and you got a great hotel. if you stop to look a number of airlines house their staff their and i know from being in the industry how vigoursly they check properties. so you can take it they wouldn't put staff there if there was any problems such as this. I think you mmay have seen things and misinterpreted them. About tyhe comments you obviously didnt hear whole conversation so as you say you were trying to work out whast goes on on those floors again you got a little information and then twisted it possibly. As for champagne i can't say had that issue so cant say anything towards that but all i can say is Every Time I stay there i feel safe staff are polite, pleasant and try to do What they can to help you. why you didnt call for duty manager there and then raises questions. I dbo not work for them or not do i have any involvement in any way other than stay there. be grateful you got a fridge as alot of properties along that area dont even have one and NONE i stay at have mini bars accept one I can recall. trust me you could have done way worse I thank you lucky stars there are some real dives around there
