We stayed here a couple nights while visiting Universal Studios. This is a Hilton property and a rather large hotel. But you could walk to Universal within five minutes. A couple things to be aware of: 1. Getting to Universal from the hotel with a stroller or wheelchair is challenging. The bridge to Universal only has stairs and it's rather...

Room 4/5: We arrived in the morning after a 14 hour flight from Australia. The staff were unable to accommodate us with a room. A trip to Universal and several coffees later, we were able to check in later that day. The rooms here are beautiful and modern. The beds are welcoming after a long flight with young children. Felt...

We took a family trip to Cali. It was alright but the hotel kind of sucked. The outside pool bar never stayed open passed 10pm. Drinks were outrageous. Rooms were barely 2 star quality. No microwave. It sucked.

Hotel was typical 4star service, pool was great and heated to a great level to allow for late night swims. Let down by the lack of complimentary wifi, due to booking through 3rd party website. Location is perfect for universal studios and citywalk. Close to interstate, and makes it a good base for northern Los Angeles.

Hotel was walking distance to universal studios and metro but nothing else. We had to take taxis everywhere which was quite expensive. Hotel itself was clean and beds very comfortable. The restaurant was overpriced and no 'good' restaurants around.

While staying at the hotel a priority package was delivery by Fedex. The package was not forwarded to the front desk from the receiving dock until the following day even though the package was delivered at 10:30 am. I was counting on Hilton's Excellent Customer Service to follow through. I'm disappointed in their execution of a critical need.

This place is HUGE, TOO -HUGE. And that's great if you're having a meeting with over 250 people. Yet in a meeting I went to today, the hotel layout is exceedingly confusing, there was no signage for what meetings were being held and where (yes, the staff told me there were small screens highlighting that; however, you couldn't find them)....

Great experience. Everyone from the front desk to the waiter at the restaurant were very friendly and accommodating. If you are planning a trip to Universal Studios or just need a weekend away, I would recommend checking this hotel out.

This is a full-service Hilton. We stayed in a King suite with sofa bed while visiting Universal Studios. Due to its proximity to Universal, it is an extremely busy hotel. As such, even though we checked in past the check in time of 4pm, our room wasn't ready. The overall cleanliness of the room was fine except for the bathroom....
