The only reason to book this hotel and pay accordingly is to avoid having to travel to Universal Studios by any shuttles. It is the closest hotel to Universal Studios' entrance, a very short and easy walk. If that is worth it to you, by all means book it. The hotel itself is very average. Our room had an excellent...

This is a nice hotel walking distance from the Universal Studios. They also have a shuttle, though it is less than a 10 minute walk. The rooms are nice, I had a corner room, though nothing out of the ordinary. The staff was very nice and friendly, parking at $28 per night kind of steep.

We spent a Sunday night in order to visit Universal Studios. Our check in was easy and fast. The hotel is on a hill, above it all. Our room #2459 on the top floor had a stunning panoramic view of the foothills and city. The room was quiet and the bed comfy. Robes were waiting in the closet. We had...

I loved staying at this hotel..I also love the fact that it has a shuttle that takes you from hotel to CityWalk. The people who work their are so nice...You do have to pay for wi-fi..It should be included with the room..It to was very clean.

My husband, 9-year-old son and I stayed this Hilton for two nights during our spring break. Check-in was quick. We booked a room with two queen size beds with a city view. From the elevator to the bathroom, you could easily tell this hotel was a little dated. But staff was very kind and the room was clean. The best...

My husband & 2 kids were spending 2 days at universal studios. We opted for the Hilton because it is so close. Cons: Check in was very slow but that was because the staff was making sure all guests had what they needed. The kids were antsy & ready to go so this made it seem really long. It was...

Worst check in experience ever. Upon arrival, we were notified there were two reservations under my name and we should pay for the second room for the first night due to lack of cancellation. I explained I had called to ask for Government Employee rates but never made a reservation but she kept on arguing and requested the reservation desk...
