The usual Res. Inn layout - separate buildings with nearby parking. Renovation of some buildings is still going on. The suite I had was renovated to the usual Res. Inn standard. It's squeezed into a fairly small property right next to a car dealership and across from a hot dog stand on busy Sepulveda. Getting in and out of the...

Enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn in Manhattan Beach. The location is very convenient as far as the beach, shopping, restaurants, and the airport. There were a couple things that need some attention at this Residence Inn. For some reason my TV had lines rolling through every channel which was very annoying. Also, it was nice to have free...

This is an older property that is in desperate need of remodeling. They were in the begining phases of a remodel when my wife and I stayed. We booked the property for a week and only stayed two nights. The room we stayed in overlooked a car lot where they worked on cars late into the night (very loud). The...

I stayed here for 3 nights to take an exam near the area. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. A shuttle was provided at our convenience and drove us within 3 miles from the hotel. They also provided a shuttle to and from the airport. The breakfast was more than I expected and to my surprise there was a...

Went here for a weekend get away, super fun. Cozy little rooms with full kitchens (we even made cookies). It was like an apartment, it was clean with friendly service. The jacuzzi's are placed in awkward spots where everyone can see you from the road or from their rooms which was a little weird. Great continental breakfast with lots of...

While the hotel is in a good location and is a nice design, this hotel badly needs some investment. During a 4 day stay I had to call maintenance twice due to a faulty LAN connection and intermittent electrical outlet problems. The lights at the hotel flashed a bit too from time to time. The staff at the hotel are...

We stayed here for 1 night prior to pur flight home. We were fortunate to be staying in one of the newly renovated rooms but still found the room noisy with road traffic and garbage men doing a pick-up at 6:00am next door. The staff were freindly and helpful. The room was a pleasent surpise as it had been renovated,...

Complimentary breakfast and complimentary happy hour food(5.30-7.30) monday-wednesday. Helpful staff and really good size studio including full kitchen. Well placed to get about los Angeles, especially the Getty Museum. Very near to Manhatten Village Mall with a lot of shops including Ralphs open 6am-1am. Go to the pier for a nice view it's only a couple of blocks away.

I had to stay here almost 3 weeks for training for a job. It is NOT worth the price being charged. I have to wear shoes or slippers anytime I'm walking in the room - the carpet/floor are filthy; my feet were black. The room had a musty odor and I had to put up with "remodeling" being done 12...

We stayed there for 6 nights in September 2010. It is a mile walking to Manhattan Beach in a very safe and nice area, we had a room with full kitchen, very clean and quiet. You need a car to visit LA but it worth for the peaceful and safe area this hotel is.
