We have stayed here several times and have noticed some nice upgrades in the rooms and lobby. The hotel has great attentive staff that always make you welcome and feels like a second home to us now. Pay the extra and stay in the club level and you won't be disappointed. A nice breakfast, light lunch and appetizers around 4....

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was very good, especially Andrew who went out of his way to make us feel special. Our room was fantastic. Especially with the linens. We drink and had dinner at the restaurant, and all of it was good. Wish there was a little more selection, but that's OK because the...

I was welcomed warmly, and the kids were greeted by a sweet lady. The guest room with a marina view was well worth it. The view was spectacular at any time of day. Room service was good and the menu contained a wide choice. We rented bikes from the fitness center which certainly made our trip more enjoyable. The only...

Started our trip two days early due to the snow on the east coast and decided to stay at the Ritz-Carlton. Our first stay and was what was expected. The hotel and the service was great, the restaurant was good but you can expect to pay for this level of service.

Exceptional service- special call outs to Jeff Stubbe- bellman and Petra- reservations. Beautiful location overlooking Marina Del Rey- Odd that the hotel would be built with only Juliet balconies instead of full balconies to take advantage of the lovely views. It was special birthday for my husband and the hotel upgraded our room and sent up some unexpected delicious treats....

Overall my stay at the Ritz-Carlton was a very average experience which I would not be upset about if I had not chose the Ritz-Carlton for an above average experience. The outdoor facility (pool, hot tub, fire pit) are very run down and of low quality. The poolside service is incredibly slow and they do not make it feel like...

Average rooms. Average guest services. Restaurant is staffed by snotty hostesses and service is very slow. They make up for it with ridiculously high food and beverage prices. Worst Ritz-Carlton in my experience. Next stay in MDR area will be at Casa Del Mar where the service is impeccable and the vibe is superior. If you are looking for a...

Overall an amazing stay for our family. Service was excellent, kudos to Julian who helped with the bags, Mia who checked us in, and the staff in the Club lounge. All were friendly and helpful, extra recognition should go to Edgar who helped us with tour recommendations, food for the kids, and even a slight luggage malfunction! If possible, book...

This hotel is close to LAX, and that is pretty much the best part of it. Check in was a little curt, but rooms were nicely renovated. Ordered room service and it was fast but really not good quality for what it was. $100 for 1 burger, 6 wings and a chocolate dessert. Beds were a little lumpy overall. For...

This is a beautiful hotel right on the Marina and close to my daughter's apartment. The hotel lobby is very welcoming and has very interesting (in a good way) art on display. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is like sleeping in a cloud. We had drinks in the bar and breakfast one day. Food was good. We...
