The old woman at check in is totaly unfriendly. The men's are nice. Room old and very expensive for No coffee, no free wifi 8$, noisy air conditionned and no working Television. Worst motel of our travel.

We had to stay a night due to road closure and with limited internet access didn't have time to check out reviews. After we left in the morning, my wife noticed a slight itch but didn't really think anything of it. Then a couple hours later the bites began to flared up. Contacted the inn and got the run around,...

I got a refund but they tried not to. Surly man said I should have told him as soon as I saw them but it was 4am. Slept in the chair because I am nice. When I started yelling BEDBUGS in the office the woman in charge ran out of the back and processed a refund. This is what I...

My husband, sister and I stayed at the Yosemite Inn several days ago. My sister woke up with bed bug bites all over her. We approached the owner/manager to discuss this, and the owner threatened to call the police if we told other guests. We also observed another man in the office who was covered with bites. We heard the...

I am covered with bites. Thought it was an allergic reaction at first until another guest said he had had bed bugs in his room. The woman at the desk said she would call the police if I told other guests. Avoid at all cost.

This is a old motel and the rooms were just okay. A place to spend the night. We reserved two rooms on Expedia.com and indicated we would pay at the motel. There were two couples. When we registered, I specifically told the innkeeper that we would be paying for one room and the other couple would be paying for the...

After a long day exploring Yosemite we were looking forward to spending a relaxing night in. Unfortunately the lady at reception was just plain rude! Poor customer service and was only interested in grabbing more money from me with eighth dollar wifi charge! Was placed in a room next to a very noisy air con system. Bathrooms were dirty and...

The hotel was ok but what bothered me the most was that when we left, we left a nice tip for the cleaning ladies and found out that the office manager keeps the tips we leave. He goes in to open the rooms for the cleaning ladies and takes any tips left behind. That is just so dishonest.

Very very rude staff. They also charge 8$ for the wifi, FOR EACH DEVICE! We had to wait a very long time to get informations at desk about the rooms, and then when we said we had to think about it, it was a problem.. We had to go away, we suggest to don't go in this place at all

When prices are high with very rare availabilty, you don't expect much. But when you ask this amount of money, at least you can do is be friendly! Arriving after a long hike-day in Yosemite, with a long drive back to Maripose, a rude welcome is what you get. Lady at reception is rude, uninterested and only wants your money....
