We have stayed at the Park James Hotel in Menlo Park several times and love it! The location is perfect for us, close access to Melo and Palo Alto, the rooms are quiet and well appointed. The service in the hotel is terrific and after 5 stays, our only lackluster experiences has been related to the valets. Still, we love this hotel and will be back again and again!

This hotel is one of a kind in the area. It's a boutique hotel that gives luxury service. From staff demeanor to the products around the hotel, it feels luxe. You won't expect something like that from a small hotel like this. I am guessing this is the missing formula that the big box hotels in the area are missing. It's Quality over Quantity at the Park James. I would like to commend Sara and Rene in the restaurant as they are very knowledgable about the menu and was able to recommend me one of the best bass dish I've ever had. The concierge/front desk was most efficient as well. They are very well versed with the local amenities. Ivy and Miguel are the creme de la creme of this hotel. This is our third time staying at Park James. Upon our arrival, the General Manager was there to personally greet us when we arrived to ensure we had a wonderful time while visiting. The staff was very friendly too and took the time to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I We will definitely be using Park James when we are in town. It is a truly luxurious Hotel. 5 star in my opinion!

This is a solid boutique hotel and I really enjoyed my stay. The amenities, food, and service are spectacular. My only concern was the WiFi strength and consistency. I sometimes would get booted off and have to re-connect—regardless, the signal was typically weak. Other than that this is a great business stay. If you’ll be heading in to the office to work you should have no problems.

This is a wonderful hotel in Menlo Park. It is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. Room and hotel had a modern vibe. Excellent restaurant, bar and outdoor seating. Customer service oriented staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was with the valet service they’d hired for their St. Patrick’s day event. They were mean, bossy and rude. After the evening of the event the front desk employee brought out my car from the garage. No issues with them. Rates for the rooms were very reasonable.

Arrived late on a Saturday night with family and was greeted by Tony and another employee helping with valet. The hotel is beautiful and clean with thoughtful details- seems like everything was thought out and the builder used high end materials- from the coffee pour over with Ritual coffee in the room to leather wrapped tissue boxes, comfortable mattress, and very sleek and CLEAN room! Love the morning lavender latte and quiche. It’s a one stop shop can have a chef dinner, have a drink at the modern bar, and sit outside in the lounge area. I came with family but plan to return by myself or girlfriends! Employees were helpful and kind-especially Tony. Highly recommend!!

I needed a place for one night to be at a non-business meeting the next morning. Great facility & team. The food & drink were excellent. The mushroom soup was hot & wonderful. I will return again. I highly recommend the Park James!

Mnimal and modern,l decor, comfortable and clean with a large desk and excellent drip coffee. Nice bar and restaurant attached with delicious food and drink. Valet parking, free internet, can hear the Caltrain horn so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Cute boutique hotel, very modern with clean lines. I love the style of the hotel and rooms, CLEAN! The hotel restaurant is also great. We didn’t get to experience the outside area due to rain when we visited but it looks like a great space to hang out when the weather permits. I definitely recommend it. Did I say it is CLEAN!
